I've tried this a few times and only one really successful.

The hard part (excuse the pun) is making sure both men are very erect before trying to start, as getting the right position can be a little difficult and there can be some messing around trying to get it right to start with, which can then be enough for one or both to lose an erection even slightly, which then makes it rather difficult.

Like another has said you can try with a partner and a toy, to see if you can accommodate both.
