Whether you’re newly curious or have been quietly considering the lifestyle for some time, this workshop bridges the gap between talking about it… and stepping into it with clarity.

Together, we’ll cover:
• What the lifestyle truly involves
• Consent, boundaries, and respectful etiquette
• Communicating desires safely and effectively
• Navigating nerves and building confidence
• Understanding dynamics such as soft swap, full swap, and social play
• Emotional connection, aftercare, and strengthening your relationship
• Reading social cues and approaching others respectfully

Confessions will host a curated product showcase on the evening, offering insight into tools that can enhance intimacy and connection. Each couple will also receive a thoughtfully prepared experience bag to take home.
