That may be true. However, my experience is that they are not like any other cock. Men are either circumcised or not, usually done when very young, so unless you've been circumcised as an adult you wouldn't have any comparison. My experience is that there is a huge difference as far as sensitivity goes, I'm still learning what feels good to a man with a foreskin, and what takes it to the brink of overly sensitive.
