43% has a terrible sexlife?

We just voted in the 'How has my sexlife been in 2009?' and saw that 43% has had a terrible sexlife and 37% voted average. 20% had an amazing year. Interesting stats but we question why so bad. We have only had great experiences and love to hear from people why it has been so terrible.

Or maybe the guys MissBJ has been speaking about on the topic "WTF is with some guys" are the ones who have been responding, and they would have non-existent sex lives due to their manner of 'chatting up'.

Though do have some wonderful memories... Sex is but a brief transient thing... Yet it is the fond memories of past encounters by which we measure the quality of those much cherished moments.

I've had a wonderful year, getting close to a partner, sharing, exploring, and re-energising. sex is a wonderful expression as well as release. I think the biggest sex organ we possess is between the ears, and if you are not using it correctly you'll NEVER have a great sex life.

Good sex does not just happen, you have to work on it. It takes imagination, creativity and most of all the space for it to happen. Many live busy lives and sex takes a back seat to earning a living or furthering a career. To us sex is one of the the most important things in our lives and we invest a lot to make it great. Mary Poppins said "enough is as good as a feast", but we would rather have the feast!!

Calamityjane - So true. Hopefully we will get some others to vote to get a true reflection if that is possible. Eunuch, Excalibre and Firedragon. Totally agree that the quality counts. But heaps of quality is better. We have had some amazing experiences. It is those that stick and make it amazing. Interestingly the percentages are moving. the count is now 41% terrible, 37% average and 22% amazing We'll be watching the trend!

Mine hasnt been fantastic although i can have alot very often but its the quality. Unfortunately it takes two to tango as they say. I try to spice things up suggest new ideas (read on the web as im always looking for suggestions) would love to have a MFM with my partner but she a little shy. Im sure she would be up for it once the 1st encounter was out of the way but its taking that 1st step. I would have to say that my vote would have been in the 43% just due to the fact that it is becoming too much the same over and over. As mentioned previously your biggest and best Sex Organ is between your ears and for me its the Build up and foreplay that makes sex the fantastic thing it can be. Heres to 2010 and hopefully things will spice up a bit and push me into the 20%. Just remember we cant do it on our own we need work together on this

But my response would have been that it wasn't a great year for me in the sex department. I'm not really complaining, cos I did have an enjoyable year. I was with a woman who wasn't really into sex at all. She was a wonderful lady and we had some great times together and I loved her to death for the major part of the relationship. In the end, me being horny all the time and wanting to stay loyal to my partner resulted in not to much sex for me. I do however believe that if things are not to your liking, then do something about it. Which I am trying to do now. I am a single man and so far loving the freedom that it brings with it. Lots of love to all and good luck with your sexual adventures in the new year. I'll be looking for enjoyment and adventure aplenty and wish the same for you too.
