I don't wear gstrings n stopped wearing them many years ago.... I prefer the sweet n sexy comforts of the bikini knickers, boy legs in all shades - these knickers in my mind are so much sexier! Of course my husband prefers no knickers at all!!! On men I love the boylegs on men too... No gstrings on men for me please!!!! But then again I love underwear n have a problem with I must wear matching bra n knickers!! Bring back the feminine lingerie look! Great topic OP x

Haven't worn g-strings since I was in my early thirties and a size 10. French knickers are so much more interesting, as well as flattering.

Personally I save the Gs for when I don't want my panty-line to be visible - probably the original reason that they were invented! To get into a sexy mood I'm a fan of Brazilian panties - much more flattering and still discreet if you're wearing them out under your clothes..unless a big gust of wind comes along and blows your skirt up ;)

A few months ago I met a very tall and slender lady wearing a tight sheer dress. Later that evening, she stood before me as I lay back on my sofa, and peeled away her tight fitting slip dress. To her initial embarrassment she realised she had forgotten that she was wearing long tight elastic control type underwear to avoid the dreaded underwear line. I burst out laughing at her reaction, causing her to laugh too. Would I have preferred seeing her 6foot slender frame in lovely lace underwear? Yes. Did it turn me off seeing that huge beige elastic filled thing from butt to boobs? Not at all. We both cracked up and it created a nice element of fun and comfort at the time. I would prefer to see nicely matched, well fitted underwear on a woman, as opposed to mid matched cotton tails and bra... .....but the women I am drawn to are of the first type so that's what I see and enjoy. Love em Hippity hop I wear cotton Tails.... Mostly black and no I dont always match as yet to find a guy that even notices that, they go ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh boobs and their hands reach out as their eyes glazz over and they start to dribble next thing the bra is ripped off and the panties are done as well I think that stuff stays on my body for all of ten seconds at times. I am one of those people that guys rip the wrapper off

DG DG someone else is going to be seeing my underwear then I'll go for matching, or at least black with black etc. And I am much preferring the french / boyleg / brazilian type knickers these days, as other girls have said they are much more flattering and a nice pair makes you feel incredibly sexy. But even then sometimes I wonder what's the point because guys never seem to appreciate nice underwear anyway, they just want it off as quickly as possible. For everyday uni and weekend bumming (ha!) though, I certainly can't be arsed (oh not again) making sure everything matches, but even for the casual stuff I have learnt to invest in decent quality undies and bras, as they fit better and the bras provide better lift and shape (very important for women like me who are not as blessed in the titty department.

Would say briefs win out. Spanks and other control panties can be sexy too. Not such a big fan of G's (especially micro v's)... however the high hip thongs can look good on some women. (flashback to the Baywatch days...)

I love them all, french, boyleg, bikini and yes even a g string !!!They all serve a purpose and seem to fit under different styles of clothing.The g is still perfect in my mind for under that tight sexy pair of jeans....

other lovely ladies with french / boyleg / brazilian knickers and matching bra's. I do wear a g under jeans and pants though as I don't like vpl.My collection of lingerie is at epic proportions only surpassed by my collection of heels. I have the strongest desire to match the colour of my heels to the colour of my lingerie now... so many colours, so many options I suppose there are worse addictions

I have a mixed drawer - a different knicker for all occasions.My work pencil dresses are worn without knickers - there's just no other way to avoid a panty line. There's little worse (in my view) than seeing a lady strolling down Queen Street Mall with her Sushi balanced and her dress clinging to her knickers - the worst offenders are the teeny-tiny G-strings as they push into the hips quite tightly (unless you have zero body fat at all).For work trousers, I wear shorts by Sloggi - can't get them here, I get them shipped from England but they don't leave knicker lines around my arse so that makes it worth it for me.Weekends or play dates, it's beautiful lingerie all the way (unless I'm wearing a dress then it's sans knicks). Generally, I avoid G's - they just don't do it for me!IAT
