Just wondering if others feel that nicknames on RHP can turn you off or even maybe bore you to even bother to click on cams, or open profiles. There are some doosies on here that guys have, eg hotthrobbinsclongofcumjuice <<< not a real nic way too long, that I find very crass and wouldn't even bother to open their profile if sent a message or would engage in conversation with them in chat. Wondering also if any of you guys with those sorts of nicks actually attract anyone. There are also some on here that may remind me of someone that I disliked or something like in High School for example because their name sounded similar. Sorry all ya Chook type nicknames out there but I can't get that guys face out of my head when I see your name. Sure your lovely peeps and not him, but I am not clicking on ya profile to find out lol. xxMiss Honeyxx

You've hit the nail right on the head Miss Honey. I look at some of the profile names and wonder "are you for real?" Somewhat entertaining but ffs get over yourself... I know you want to have a unique nic to stand out from the crowd but at least use your brain to come up with it and not somewhere else. By the way, has anybody seen my brain cell lately...? Shadows.

Now if I was to forgo the facial reconstruction and have the lower extremities surgically enhanced instead, then my handle could be "Butt_Ugly_but_Hung_like_a_ Horse". Looks don't matter much in the dark. Sure conjures up vivid recollections of wild encounters in a dark Art classroom closet. Fond memories of girls letting their hair down and spinning the bottle just prior to high school Christmas holidays.

My nick isnt crassy nor very descriptive.. but at least its very easy to shorten it.. and very easy to remember.. everybody knows Sparty.... who wouldnt? :) But yes "don't judge by its cover" but still.. a guy .. or a gal, who put such pathetic handle/nickname up.. simply means they are un-creative, therefore... dead boring. Pass.. NEXT!!! see what I mean?

Yep, i am a Cover Whore when it comes to books, and i judge people by their nicknames and profile pics when it comes to dating sites.

Never judge a book by it's cover, but first impressions last! We'll still look at a profile, but with the name being the first thing to strike us, it does play a huge part!

I agree with other posters, the first thing you see is the name, and if it is something odd or just plain vulgar, why would you even consider that the person is worth pursuing. And that includes a lot of girls here, why would you demean yourself that way?
