  Canb, Fledgling tips so far would beSafety - Safe, Sane and Consensual including agreed and simple safe words.Communication - Has to be a lot of honest communication on what you both want and what you will and won't do. This includes being talking about it after the event so she can tell you I liked that or no I didn't. Also peoples limits change over time.Respect - Respecting your partner and their limits and safe words "always" no exceptions.Trust - Comes back to respect but she has to be confident that she can trust you so she can relinquish control especially for bondage.Research - Part of the fun in coming up with the devious ideas to begin with but also trying things on yourself first such as paddles and rope to get a gauge of how it feels on yourself first before using anything on your sub.I would recommend the book 'screw the roses pass me the thorns' as a great introduction and source of information.   If its not something you are entirely comfortable with, give it a miss. Not everyone is naturally Dominant. However if you have a little curiosity start slowly, look at some sites to do with sub/Dom relationships and take it from there

  She has said she wants to be dominated 'somewhat'? What does that mean? From your point of view you need to understand her needs, desires and limits. Maybe she is just really asking you to man up and make the first move....Clarify your OP and then maybe we can help you out.

  Paintme- Maybe she is just really asking you to man up and make the first move............................. That's not the case, we've discussed it all at length. She's keen on trying sensory deprivation, being tied up, flogger, toys, riding crop, light choking etc etc. I guess my concern is making sure she has the experience she wants. I'm basically just chasing any hints, tips, links etc to help me give her what she wants, being that this is all relatively new to me.
