It's blocked by default in Chrome. There will be an alert in the top bar somewhere and you can allow Flash on a per site basis.

The RHP webchat stopped working in Chrome about 6 months ago for us. RHP really need to update their web chat feature so that it doesn't depend on very old Adobe Flash technology.
