  Not here ,quite the opposite ,if cum I sleep ,and if I don’t unload and have been highly aroused with no sex ,(teased )ts like a body full of testerone that’s annoyed and won’t let me sleep for ages but if I have had a night of sex and just not cum ,it no way near so bad and just the pure physical activity is enough to help sleep ,not sure if that helps any ,but that’s just my personal experiance , Mr b

  Do you suffer from MECFS? This can happen with this awful condition. Agree with above .. definitely see a Dr it isn't normal and if you are suffering from the above - it could even result in a worsening of the condition. V

  Are you sure there aren't other factors at play? I have a terrible sleep cycle and it's because I have a busy brain that is hard to shut down at night. I'll have sex where I don't cum often but because I've made Trin happy that's ok, so it doesn't affect my sleep much. I do actually sleep a bit better because of the exercise and the cuddling afterwards. But as mentioned it's something you should discuss with your GP.

  I have a great sleep cycle. When I cum I have trained myself to be fine without sleeping because I am aware that my female partner usually wants to cuddle and kiss after sex. It's all fine. I think I feel tired for a few days when I have cum more than 3 times in a day. I am 30 years old though. When I have over-cummed it makes me tired and horny and that's when I often sleep or watch movie marathons endlessly.
