Advice in hosting a single/couples House Party

Hi everyone, even if I have attendet few swingers event in Perth and a couples oversease, I consider myself pretty new to the scene.I'm thinking to hoast a party for singles/couples in the near future.Anyone who have done it before had some advices how to safely organize them?I don't leave in Perth, so my first option will be airbnb, bit warried about security,privacy etc..., so any advices from more experienced people welcome.

If you were to hire an Airbnb and the party goers damaged the furniture etc, you could be in for a costly repair & cleaning bill. Safer to have your party at a swingers club . - Posted from rhpmobile
