  There is a “resort” called Turtle Cove , between Palm Cove & Port Douglas, that allows nudity around the pool, on the lawns & private beach etc. It’s not strictly nude but rather clothing optional. You mention public sex ? Expand on this please. Nudity / naturism is NOT about sex. Sex on a clothing optional beach is illegal and a punishable offence. You will most probably not find any resort, not even a swingers resort, that allows sex in the public areas (around the pool, on the lawns etc) There are no legally designated clothing optional beaches in QLD by the way. Just FYI

  Hideaway resort in Peregian Beach is a bi/gay resort. Day visitors allowed. Nudity is allowed and pretty much everyone is nude. They have a play area plus some play is allowed around the pool lounging area. Great little place, play area can go off at times, glory holes, lounges in use.
