Auto-Renew Feature Failure

Each year we renew our membership with RHP by leaving auto-renew to "ON" automatic. Now for the second year in a row the feature has failed to renew our membership and obviously for the second time we've missed out on the 80% discount. Has this happened to others and what did you do?

    Ours is coming up next month for auto renew...how do you ensure it goes through?

    We're only on a monthly subscription but our card has reached it's expiry date in the past and they were very helpful, plus in your case it's their error, so good customer service dictates they should fix it up for you, complete with discount.

    at the moment the site is playing up more often than not and CS only reply with "oh we are looking into it" and never get anything back after that to explain anything or you get the standard "you might reboot your computer"   the site is getting worse in that respect which is a shame.

    Hmm I didn't realise you got a discount with the auto-renew. I've turned mine off but maybe I should change that.

    CS contacted us to today to ask the exact date and amount of our last payment for membership, we'll see what happens from here....

    Well I heard back from customer support and as it was within 48 hours since my membership expired they have honored the auto renew and provided me with a link to process it.   A prompt response and great outcome.

    Had a message from CS today, they still can't work it out....not looking good at the moment....

    Yes CS came through, thankyou Kellie, they sent a link to enter CC details. Just like come_outand_play and paradisepair said they would. So happy now, relief!!!
