Ball Partner

This is just a feeler to see what interest there is out there... The situation is as such. I have a company function coming up on the 26th of June which is seen among city workplaces as one of THE events of the year and I don't have a partner to go with. I am currently living up north and so finding someone other than a friend of a friend is going to be difficult before the event and so I thought I would try my luck on here. The event is a black tie event, there is a three course meal, with a live band, other entertainment, and sometimes even door prizes. I do however have a fair few criteria as it is a professional party and so impressions last.. - As I am a professional I want a partner with some class... I am not going to be schmoozing any bigwigs but obviously I can't take someone trashy who will embarrass me. This means have decorum and restraint, and not being an abusive or massively wild drunk. - I would prefer someone fit and attractive... I know it is like me asking for some arm candy, but as I look after myself I tend towards people who do the same. - All ticket costs and transport to and from the event will be taken care of by me. Generally there are pre-drinks at my place (well my parents as I will only be down for a short while). - I am NOT expecting sex as a result of being my date, all I am after is to have a good time dancing, eating, and drinking. However, and there always is a however, if one thing does lead to another if the mood is right I won't complain. - I don't have a hotel or anything booked afterwards so it is either back to my place to sleep, I would sleep in a serparate room or on the floor as required, or we go our separate ways. - I would prefer if my date to the event was around my age, as obviously I can't take someone who is too much older or younger. - Please no smokers or druggos If you are interested drop me a line. As I said this is a feeler to see what is out there, so please don't be disappointed if I don't pick you to go to the ball with. Cheers Pete

Sorry I got the date wrong.. that's what happens when u wake up at 3 and decide to write something... the proper date is... 26th July... And just a word of warning I will be travelling soon after (28th) going to the USA for three weeks so please don't get offended if I luv and leave..

Wasn't laughing at u... was laughing at all the little comments and inside conversations... it is entertaining. MutualFun... mate think what u want of this but I don't see any harm in using this site as a means to find a partner for the ball. I would love to meet new people irrespective of what terms that meeting is on. It is just another means to an end. My intentions are not bad, nor am I doing this to have a one night stand. I honestly just wouldn't mind taking someone new to the ball as I just feel sick of taking my friends friends.

I still haven't found a ball partner yet.... :'( I have the tickets and the pre-drinks sorted out with my work mates and I believe there is also a limo involved. If you are interested in going to the ball it is guaranteed to be a good night. Lots of food, drinks, dancing, entertainment, and having fun.
