Bars for playful couples?

We know this is a regular topic in these forums.... but we are heading to Adelaide for a few days in the first week of July and are looking to have some fun while there. What are the best bars or clubs to go to that aren't full of 16-22 year olds. We'd love to go to a bar with some music, sexy couples (preferably slightly more mature/cultured crowd) and somewhere we can meet people who are out for some fun. Any suggestions would be appreciated :-)

Yes, we like to dance, but we also like to be able to talk to each other and others without having to shout and lip read! :-) Any suggestions?

From my knowledge there is no real club in Adelaide where RHP lifestyle people go, unfortunately. I know some people go to Mars Bar due to its open mindedness. We have gone to red love oz and that has a more mature crowd and the dance music & atmosphere was good. Unfortunately it's Adelaide in winter so your night could be chocolates or boiled lollies with crowds. Good luck 😊

We went cuckoo, in Hindley St tonight which has specialised music, e.g o/s DJ's. We also went to Mars and it was fairly quiet, which is Adelaide in winter.
