  Either a bar or a coffee shop are a good start. Gives everyone a chance to check each other out and get a feel if there's anything there worth going further for. Some like to meet first and play later , while others like to play on the day... Jay

  Love meeting others in cool little watering holes around the city. We've discovered quite a few in the last year, and consider it an added bonus. Last night we found ourselves in a little hideaway pub straight out of the Tilly Devine era.     Being the "Meet first, play later" types, we don't plan ahead too much. Though one time we met an amazing couple in the city, who just happened to have the coolest CBD hotel on speed dial.         x Ms Shout

  That is safe. Coffee shop or quiet bar is always a good start so all people are comfortable and relaxed. I took the chance once and meet someone in hotel room. Only cause I felt safe and plus had a G/F with. There are some sort of risks meeting people cause you never know who ya gonna truly meet. Just have to play it safe.   For us we have meet some really nice peeps but sadly some that were like r u kidding (nothing like txt or pics) we would say keep your minds open for fun ;)) but also keep in the backs of your minds a fast escape plan as well (just in case) Have fun either way

  First dates for me are usually a coffee shop or a bar where there is the opportunity to get a meal and carry on if the chemistry sets.I remember one particularly hot date where there was some pretty heavy petting going on under the table in one of the booths at Little Creatures ! Hot.Another texted and said since she had to drive past my place to get to the date so would I like a lift ? She jumped me at the front door, was hilarious as I resisted and said no, I have to honour the booking, by the time we got back to mine she was wild ! All good fun !Generally though always go for a public place where she feels safe, and if you have chatted some you will know if she is beer/wine/bubbles or if she hates Mexican etc (as do I ).I do believe strongly that the guy should choose the locale, by all means consult to be informed but you make the decision !As for meeting for a play, yep sure but if the date has been hot don't be afraid to strike while the iron is hot !Heat in the moment is very hard to replicate.

  Apart from meet rules you must set your own boundaries and rules and don't break them ever, even if in the heat of funkyness or you'll regret it guys.
