Hi Guys I have attended both clubs and it really depends what you're looking for. I would have to say the LP's is the classier of the two swingers clubs. The cost on a Saturday night is the same, however at Lp's towels are included in the price as well as free soft drinks. There's secure parking behind gates at LP's, whereas Burswood it's all street parking. Someone will show you around the LP's when you arrive and make you feel welcome. The spa is indoors at LP's as opposed to Burswood it's outside. LP's is very warm inside with the heating, so much so that with any action happening from week to week the patrons will ask to have the airconditioning put on in this weather. I can't speak for Burswood and its heating capabilities, but at least when you walk into a place you want to be warm to start with. At around 11.30pm pizza is served to replenish you so you can get your energy up for more fun. The best time to rock up, in my opinion would be after 10pm. As for joining you I will more than likely be there and it won't be long before you know who I am, just ask for Suzie. I hope this information has helped you somewhat and maybe we might see each other in the near future.

For us personally, would have to be LP's, being regulars there we find the atmosphere very easy going and thorougly enjoy our time there. Hillbillies

We found the atmosphere at the Surfboard Factory much friendlier - but regardless which one is better - on Saturday the 28th both will most likely be very empty - as evryone will be at the Spank Party (or is that just everyone that matters - lol).

Have tried both but would only return to LPs , found management very rude at Burswood , esp to single guys , even saw management off playing in one of the rooms instead of running the club , found that odd ? LPs seemed much more professional where Burswood looked like a second hand furniture shop.Anyway why not try both and form your own opinion then add your own post here , love ya all , Choc

... but Spank is the word... It's been a year since the last one and who knows when it'll be on again. Of course, if you are seeking a play night, then I'd head off to a club tho given there may not be that many people, play may not happen. Spank is not a play specific party but what happens in the darkest corners of the party can be oh so much more erotic than anything I've seen at the clubs.

Is Burswood swingers club closed , drove passed the other Saturday to show a friend but looked shut with few cars in the street so carried on to L.P.s where it was going off so had a good night there instead , Anyone know whats happening , someone at L.P.s insisted it was still open but very quiet these days but fridays was a better night , any feedback . i have been to Lps.. found the atmosphere very unfriendly towards single guys, also a lot of C-teasing going on - the girls flashing there bits and there fake tits but not coming up with any action and lets face it thats why us single guys go there. I will be heading off to sbf soon, another post has given it good reviews.

What? Couples have to put out just because single guys pay to go to a club? Me thinks you and your attitude should save your pennies for a brothel. This is precisely why clubs/parties are hesitant to allow single guys. It's a shame as there are many lovely guys out there but they sadly get tarred by the same brush.

Yes and u have just proved ur own point - we guys are all tarred with the same brush. I didnt say anyone had to put out and i dont think i even mentioned couples. My point has been made.- by u - A single guy tries to strike up a conversation and its automatically thought he wants u to put out.. this is what the atmosphere at Lps is like and yes we guys do pay in the hope of getting sex.. why is that offensive to u ? its a swingers club - sex for the guys is the main object and its dissapointing to go home without making a connection... so if u just wanna cock tease why dont u go and get a job at a strippers joint and i will go and pay for sex in a brothel then we will all be happy... dont be so quick to judge!!! yep sbf for me i think.. the ppl making comments in that particular post seem a lot more down to earth ... upperclass obviously means snobby

I think most people who know me would agree that I am never all talk and no action (with the right people esp) :P I think anyone (lady, couple, guy) who goes to a club shouldn't expect to get laid. Sure, have a good time, meet some people and maybe have some naughty fun but if you think you're entitled to it just because you pay, then that's just gross. Certainly not what the original poster had in mind I'm sure. I haven't been to either club in ages but clearly there is some sort of faction war going on... Kindly point your arrows at the right target Ben.

well I think the kid needs a break ... We are also long term members of rhp and frequent users of swingers clubs from back in the good old club oz days lol. He does have a point i have seen it happen and been guilty of it myself.. And i know a few others who have done the same thing. It can be quite intimidating for a young guy at a swingers club. I will from now on endeavour to talk to all who approach me with an open mind lol and this doesnt neccessarily mean we will end up in a bedroom. It also happens a lot in the chatroom, i have seen the ladies in there gang up on a young entheusiatic male chatter and make mincemeat of him.. They do all get tarred with the same brush and there does seem to be a stigma attached to single blokes on a sex site and at a swingers club. There are two sides to things and circumstances create opinions that differ. Our opinion as a couple is that we go there to have fun and meet many of our friends, we have a great time no matter what ... I am sure it would look entirely different from a young single guys point of view.. most times it probably took every ounce of willpower to get there in the first place and they walk in with palms sweating lol Ben we go to sbf regularly be sure and say hi i promise to talk to u lol

Im going to agree with Tina on this. Unfortunately single guys have a stigma attached to them but will vouch they are not all like that. We have had guys come up and ask if we want to go off into a room, and have politely declined and they are happy with that answer and walk away. Then we have had one or two who have said, well ive paid alot to get into here so i expect something, we have then said, this is not a brothel, respect people. Most guys seem to sit quietly and watch, others come up and join in the conversation, either way, for a single guy to come into a swingers club it must be daunting, so i say give them some slack, we were all first timers to these clubs once. Thank u Tinaandroy and Hillbilles for not tarring me with 'that brush' lol I went to sbf last week was a very quiet but friendly nite, apparently not many of the regualrs where there . Tinanadroy I wouldnt mind meeting up with u guys at sbf sometime MrsT is one sexy sexy lady. Hillbillies I think i saw u at lps ..... So in my opinion Sbf is the best so far.

I agree we prefer sbf.... and u can stop with the flirts lol u have my attention. Due to a change in circumstances (read profile) we wont be getting to the club very often, we are looking for more private times now - I have used up all our messages, so as soon i have have my quota back I will be in touch. Well at last I have an informed opinion :) On Saturday night I had a good look around at SBF and immediately turned around and headed up to LPs. I know SBF is new but ick! Each to their own I guess.

I have not been to a club since way back in cluboz days and way b4 they closed. Friends have invited me to meet them at sbf to check it out so I shall be giving it a go on Sat night (23rd). Will let u know how it went:)

I have now attended a party at SBF and LP's... both very different from each other. I am Libran so will do a bit of the old fence sit and say there are pro's and con's on both sides! However, in defense of SBF - Lp's has had a long time to develop to where it is today (and is still improving) yet SBF is still a baby in comparison so still has a long way to go... and that should be taken into account. Just a thought :)
