thinking of getting this done as well. I hardly ever get sex so at least that won't be an issue for me. Interested to know the answers as well, plus how much it generally costs.

It's the Clit Hood that gets pierced. Consider it a useful addition as a Target . I've got a couple of piercings and they usually get "homed in" on ;) Piercings work to attract a person's attention to a certain area . Quoting 'MisterGreen' It's the Clit Hood that gets pierced. You can get the actual clit pierced, as long as it's big enough. There are a few different variations of female genital piercing, but whether some can be done depends on the woman's anatomy.

Thanks LuckDragon23 ;) I didn't know you could get the actual Clitoris pierced . My only concerns would be that a piercing through the Clitoris could lead to either Desensitisation or HyperSensitivity (which could end up affecting Daily Life). Considering that I don't have a Clit of my own , I'm not really the right person to be giving advice . Lol . OP ... Don't know what it is, perhaps it's the special attention it draws to the vulva, but there's something about it that's just red-hot :D

Do you need an empathetic soul to hold your hand and share the pain?I can do that sort of thing you know. I only charge a good coffee and there's plenty of that in Melbourne.~smiles~

I've got a Scrotum piercing and a Nipple piercing . I used to have Septum and Belly Button too . Simply Bling to highlight certain areas of the body , people do Focus on areas that are pierced ;) There are some piercings I would never get because I know that they will permanently Change a part of my Body. Prince Albert is one of them . Mouth piercings are another. Pain ... ...is a part of piercing . It is a Ritual for the person being pierced . (& Healing ...) This Ritual also highlights the part being pierced ... To the Piercee . There are many "Trendy" piercings these days . Genital piercing is not Trendy . Just wanted to let you know I got it done today - I got a vertical clit hood piercing. I am usually a chicken when it comes to pain but it was over and done with so quickly. Highly recommend Joel at First Blood Tattoo and Piercing in Sydney if you are thinking of doing it. Ms NC2147

SuperFoxy I was in Brizzie this weekend so could have held your hand! Honestly the piercing itself was only 1 second and for me the pain was 6/10. It was so quick. I was in the studio for about half an hour as Joel (the piercer) talked me through the process, helped make the decision with the appropriate jewellery and the aftercare. Ms_Direct it cost $130 and I also bought some aftercare spray $10 which I need to spray on the piercing 3 times a week for 4-6 weeks. They also offer a free check up to ensure it is healing ok. I did bleed a little bit on Thursday but have had nothing since and only 4 days later I feel really great and it also looks great (no swelling or problems). I have my nipples done,hood and four rings in my outer labia...The nipples are the most painful thing i ever did.. I had sex with in a week of all my piercings...The hood has been stretched to 3mm and the four rings in my labia have been stretched to 8mm...I still have two more stretchers to go till i'm finished lol...That will take me up to 12mm... I would recommend to anyone having stretching done to go up one size at a time... I did it 2 sizes each time risking tearing that could have caused damage..The hood isn't painful and the outer labia is only a quick pinch then it's done...You must take a lot of care with cleaning your piercings.... i have always used salt water to clean them 3 times a day till i know that they have healed..My nipples took a year to heal and i still have some pain now and then in one...Once i know that it has healed fully, i will begin to stretch them to 6mmI love my hood piercing as it knocks on heavens door and feels sooooooooooo good...
