I know what you mean.. but I only believe this true if the so called sugar daddy has no other choice but to pay . Usually has a fat wallet but no idea how to attract a female with looks or personality alone. Personally , i think I'd rather grow old gracefully then pay for attention. ?

My personal view on why the younger guy/older woman is more popular in the last 10 to 20 yrs is from a domino effect of reasons. Ok will try and explain how I see it. Lifestyles have changed. A lot. Many women in the age group of 45 and upwards are now finding themselves divorced. They were married young, had their kids young, and had responsibilities for others. Now they are single and kids grown up and leaving the nest. They arent pining for another relationship, they actually like their independance and their newfound confidence. Single guys their own age want to settle down. Some even come across as desperately needing to find a partner. Then flip the whole scenario to the young people, say late 20's to 30's age group. The girls are seriously looking to find the guy who will be her one and only and provide a family. But the guys in that age group are happy with their independance and no responsibility for others. Can you see the cross over? Older women and younger guys are content to be single. No pressure. So they are drawn to each other. Older guys and younger women are looking for security.Hence their attraction. Thats how I see it anyway.

personally older men. I find their company much more enjoyable. The conversation is better in many ways, the sex it better and I feel more comfortable. I have yet to find a young guy that I feel comfortable being around.

This is life with Lisa Ling - "Sugar Daddies, Sugar babies" documentary is quite intriguing/fascinating. I watched it with my daughter. I get it that some people are comfortable with such arrangements...There's pros and cons. It's a personal choice of a lifestyle. Older are mentors and younger wants to learn. If both parties have their needs meet and are happy... Who is anyone to judge? I think Jay you will find it's been around longer than you think. I think "Sugaring" is certainly changing with the times, as technology changes, cultures and lifestyles. I believe we will see more "Sugaring" it in the future. Ms Foxy

I'm well outside the square, looooooong way out. Social media, absolutely wouldn't be happening to this extent or be accepted the way it is, without our ability to not only search online but discuss or read about other people's experiences. The internet as it is today (imagine trying to do this back in the 90's dial up days, shit that would have been challenging) is breaking down the barriers, and thank god for that. Does age matter? Well, I have carried out extensive testing lol but need to do more yet, i'll get back to you on that 😯😁

The younger woman/older male thing I understand. Even as a teenager I was attracted to older men. I was always the girl who fell in lust with her economics lecturer :) The young buck/older woman thing leaves me cold. I have absolutely no interest in 20 something men. The more they try to convince me they are 'mature' and 'age is just a number' the more turned off I get! I like the younger guys, probably because I feel younger and prefer the company of youthful, exorbitantly social people. And yes, theres the added factor that nothing serious is ever going to happen. Im having fun and lots of good times and laughter. Im probably a "Cougar" but def not a "Sugar Mummy"..... I dont like all of those terms, we started the "DOW" thing for a laugh after being accused of being dirty old women, but whatever makes you happy is no one elses business. I dont lure young guys to my bed, I not some sort of predator, its a 2 way thing so as long as everyone is happy then no harm done. And that applies to older guys/younger women too.

When I was a young(er) lad I had an encounter with a lady who was twice my age. I found it rather ... pants tighteningly amazing. I do believe that created my luster (or perhaps fantasy?) for the ladies who are older than me. I enjoy their often open approach and as others have mentioned, there is at times the no strings fun involved (not necessarily a one night stand, just less emotional baggage). I have also stumbled into a couple of scenarios where I have been older by a significant gap (10 years being the biggest thus far) and only one was boarder line sugar daddy territory. Thus I would guess I fit into both? I would say it is circumstantial (love that word...it has cum in it) for me and perhaps for many others. I've played with guys alone when apart from MrParadise because of work, and we'll occasionally bring them in for an MFM and I've found men 28 - 34 are just right... Mixed bag.. but goes to show how individual taste changes from person to person. Some women like younger for the energy and non commital attitude , while others like the older more precise and patient silver fox who also has a non commital attitude.. Seems like a win win either way....
