Some people who belong to a couples profile play separately so they use a singles profile for that.... and some people who belong to a couples profile had a singles profile first. Frankly there could be a dozen other reasons. Hugs Gaz

Why dont they be straight up and honest about their current situation.....after all we are meeting to play. If you are a couple...delete your old single profile If you are single delete your couples profile Run with a profile that is honest It seems too simple Cheers

im in a relationship my partner & i both have single accounts but he doesnt use the site no more hence why i use a single account not a couples one why pay for the couples account when we dont swing which is one of the main reason u have a couples proile also he has no interest in chatting in the room, if you dont like that then thats your problem but not every attached or married women needs to have a couples profile unless they are swinging or both the man & woman talking in the chatroom

my profile was my single profile for years but since now i have met a wonderful man we have converted it to a couples profile so we dont have to go through all the hassles of reverifying etc . but if we happen to be on cam u are able to see we are genuine couple , we dont play on cam just chat on cam ..

Roomie, Some people on here are playmates, which are two single people not in a relationship who have their own profiles, and also play as a couple, and have a couples profile. Twice the fun!! Hope this helps xx Miss Honey xx

As well as the above answers, some girls in couples like to play alone with other girls (that would be my reason :P lol).... hence a girl's profile geared towards meeting other girls maybe... doen't mean that they won't be honest and say they're also part of a couple.... being part of a couple doesn't necessarily define you as an individual person

all good and fair comments, but we have had the same problem, where someone contacts us, their profile is as a single, then they add that they dont play without their partner? For whatever reason they have, to us, if that is the case, they should be on as a couple, not as a single, as they have no intention of playing by themselves as a single person. We couldnt care less if they are a couple or they play seperate or whatever else, but if advertising as a single person, that is what most "normal" people would expect they would play as

Well Sophie's explanation seems perfectly legitimate to me. I can see how it is logical that a female member of a couple will only play as a couple with other couples or guys... but lays alone with other females... hence the singles profile. Of course, Sophie is my internet wife so I agree with everything she says, pretty much. That's why we have a couples profile. It doesnt mean we are being dishonest by having individual profiles and our couples profile speaks for itself. Besides, why should I delete my singles profile? I paid for it. Hugs Gaz

It is possible to change the status of your profile by contacting RHP apparently, tho I have heard in the past, on the suggestions thread, that people have had problems with that. Last week I did a favour for a guy who was stuck on a couples profile by clicking on the 'Report Abuse' tab at the top of each our posts and explaining his situation to RHP. He was, I'm happy to say, grateful for that :-)cranic... the situation you described is against RHP terms, those people should be on a couple profileCheers... Mrs P

If you play alone, yeah sure I fully understand that but there are a fair few out there that are a single profile and says "to join hubby and me, we only play together" sort of thing. Mess's up the searching when your results aren't 100% true thats all.I sorta assume its so they get more hits too, "women seeking" would be the most popular search on this site rather than "couples seeking"

well heres a thought....we have a couples profile (this one) and Bambi has a profile as well, not because we play seperately etc, but because we both like to chat in the cahtroom and rather then push over each other on the one profile we have two, and they both clearly state we are a couple, we play as a couple and as long as people take the time to read the profile I dont see it being a problem. For us though we started on our couples account and pay for our membership on there, doesnt bother us as a paid membership has its obvious benefits.... anyhows, thats our 2 cents

Hey room, like you say I've messaged a few single girls (back when I was a paid member) only to be told they are attached and found them later in a couples profile, it makes the 6:1 ratio more like 10:1, not good for us single guys. But a few of the couples have a valid point, if they both want to be on at the same time they need separate accounts. My suggestion is that they start a separated couples account,RHP

A couple that only plays as a couple should only have a couple account. So it makes me wonder that it is their job to moderate all profile updates yet we still see single female profiles that say quite clearly that, the females only plays with her partner.I'm a bit confused by the comments on this thread that you need 2 accounts to chat cos that hasn't been our experience in the chat room. There is a least one couple we remember who would make their type different colours. No one seemed to have any trouble telling them apart when they were both on...Personally, we gave up looking thru single female profiles cos a lot of the time they're not looking at the moment either, which is of course not limited to female profiles lol before someone jumps down my throat. It would be great to see a couple of changes to profiles that would recognise peoples different wants from RHP in the way of a couple of new selections on the looking for section for 'friends' or maybe 'chat' or 'forums' and 'not at the moment'. Cheers... Mrs P :-)

My own personal feeling is that people who are attached and ONLY play together should have a couples profile, otherwise i always view those ones as having suspect motives for being on the site. If couples/attached/open relationship people are want to get out there and do their own thing ie play on their own, then i have no problem with couples having a solo profile as well as a couples profile. Cheers Nev
