Cricket fans?

September 25 2014

Nothing to do with sex but Who loves cricket? Its not for everyone I know but I can't wait for the season to start. Do you know many that do love it? I met a young girl who loved it as much as me which was a shock, I didn't think she liked it as much as me

I quite enjoy the 20/20 games but I prefer AFL more and I'm going to miss watching a good game of footy with a nice cold beer.

Growing up I loved nothing more than watching cricket. Back in the days of Simon O'Donnell, Alan Border, Andrew Symonds, Shane Warne etc... These days, not so much. Give me rugby league any day!

I love sports , cricket is on the tv around the pool all summer , afl on the tv near the fire all winter. We go to matches when we can ( we live on the Gold Coast so they don't often play here) My winters and summers would totally suck without my sports! I know a lot of stats and facts and enjoy the sports chat like a man! - Posted from rhpmobile

love watching cricket when I was young. Used to love watching Alan Border and the likes. Also love the West Indies team. Viv Richards was my favourite. (Also made me fantasize about tall dark muscular men.... Sigh... ) Nowadays, it's AFL for me. Or Ice Hockey. or MMA and boxing.

"Simply Marvelous, Forum that" or "What a catch". I grew up in the era of WSC, D.K. Lillee, Thommo, Pascoe, they were hard drinkers, hard players and not afraid to bowl one at someone's "Bonce" if they got too cheeky. We all owe Kerry Packer for his input into cricket. Cheers P.L.

not my cuppa. I'd rather watch grass grow. Probably my Euro heritage coming out in this, but Cricket has never been something I've been able to get interested in. I personally prefer the faster moving sports, such as soccer, basketball, tennis etc. I did play it with the local kids in their yards when I was in primary school, but it never won me over. Tall

I love sports. Tragic actually. I used to live in Quebec and barracked or 'rooted' for the Canadiens. Great sport ice hockey. Very ffast game. Like gladiators on ice, the skating variety. Lol. I lived in downtiwn Montreal and would catch a game in tge wrekend during winter when not hitting the nearby ski resorts of Quebec. I do martial arts and kickboxing. I love the energy and tge idea of thinking on your feet when cornered in a fight. Lits of sweat. Lol. Although I love man smell, at kickboxing training last night, two men training before us stunk the place with their BO and nearly made me gag. We had to spray the place when they left, close to calling in the fumigators. These men could kill their opponents without touching them. Yuk. But yes sweaty men does stir something in me. Haha. Wanna watch MMA With me? ;-) - Posted from rhpmobile

Will bring the chilli chips. You but the beer (malty please) and hotdogs with english mustard. Lol. Saw a couple of games at the ice house in dockland. That will do but totally different class. Not as bloody as the Canadiens. Need more wacking. Haha. Gretzky rules. So many great talent fr Quebec in the NHL. La Cage Aux Sports was a fav hang out bar to watch the games, complete with hot buffalo wings, Putin (chips with gravy and squeezy cheese) and copious amount of beer. Then the bratwurst dogs during halftime. Yum. All warm and satiated. Lol - Posted from rhpmobile

I think someone needs to host a cricket day where they have a pool, bbq, spa and we all just hang out in the sun drinking, laughing, eating and then we all play later that night. sound good?
