Seems this question is asked over and over... I brought this up last year under "where to shoot your load". The majority of responses I received was as Blasphemer said "coz they do it in porn" and it's "the money shot". I think it goes to what Hotazice and MissBJ said in that they have to be really into the bloke to allow them to do it.
