Dating more than one person at a time

  A friend of mine who is the same age as me is exactly the same. She said she only dates one man at any one given time. I told her she's crazy. You have to keep your options open I say. I think she's now convrted

  As a relatively newly separated person I can empathise with the lack of "knowing the rules of the game"... when in a long term commitment we sometimes suffer with amnesia with regards to the dating game and how things were.   Playing as a married couple is not the same as roaming the plains as a free or semi attached buck... Personally this all comes back to the communication thing again... if you're not sure or the rules aren't clear, ask your partner (partner being anything from a FB through to prospective new long term commitment).

  why would you want to? seriously...i've seen people doing it, and it seem like so much bloody hard work....i dont understand it at all...

  As someone who has recently become single I made the assumption that one partner at a time was the go. But 6 months on I realise that having a fb or fwb doesn't necessarily mean that you are going to see them often enough to satisfy the urge. So that means having a few friends at a time. I always make sure they know that is the score, and that I am more than happy (in fact I would prefer) to only have one partner. If they can find more time to spend with me, then they become exclusive. If not, well, thems the rules!!- Posted from rhpmobile
