Do country/city couples swap locally or travel to play

  We are from the country , we mostly travel to the city for the odd getaway or meet. In our experience we have found country people do the most travelling be that travelling to the city or travelling to another area in the country. City dwellers tend not to want to travel out of the city limits . This seems to be the case with most (not all) even though the distance is the same for both parties. I can understand it as we are used to the travel, just part of life in the country. Mr Luvsilver

  We travel interstate for good friends! Just depends on your comfort levels though. I'd be guessing smaller country towns and gossip can be off putting? Everything is a risk, just take your time finding playmates. You'll be surprised how many will travel once you've started to network. Maybe going to events in the city then hopefully finding friends that are willing to travel. Not sure if we'd travel to a country town for people we'd never met, a bit too much pressure to play for us. Sweetnsensual that post on here quite a bit run events in country nsw, they might have some feedback for you.

  Hi, travel has been normal for us, we live about 60 KM from where we say we do & it's in a small town. About 4 hours each way gets us to where the city is & home again, we try to make a few days of it catching up with normal friends & special friends. Sometimes it's a waste of a trip though. RHPers in the cities don't know how lucky they are with so many potential hook ups so close to home.Cheers, Mr Soulmates.

  We travel to the big smoke and happy to also host. We only host when we have previously met as it could be a bit frightening driving down a dirt dead end track lol. Prior to lockdown we invited two couples backpacking that are in the lifestyle. It's been amazing to say the least.

  I have two interstate contacts, and also a city based couple while I live regionally. We have seen each other in our respective abodes. So it does happens, if your priority is the depth and duration of friendship. For just quick hookups etc, distance would be one of the biggest issues.

  ...that city folk are so over traffic and not be able to get anywhere ' the thought of any travel becomes a pain in the bum ? Whereby country folk are so accustomed to travelling the big long distances almost at ease ? I could be wrong ... food for thought ?

  We are city based but have travelled up to 4 hrs for a weekend play date, having previously meet the couple at a city function. Would be happy to travel for the right meet up, but would need to have a good connection prior, although if we were having a w/e away would likely meet up for a drink and see what happens.Regularly travel 1.5/2 hrs from home to go to parties.

  Have travelled the country root and also 3 other states to party with like minded humans. It's about making friends and networking around the country. I also have an FB from WA that comes visit. I didn't want to die wondering. I can certainly recommend making the effort. Some of the best nights of my life have been on the swinging root around the country.

  Guys thanks for all the replies, we have travelled to Cranbourne, Geelong and Melbourne to see what fun is out there. Sometimes the trips are well worth it and other times we still have met some great people but no playing, but that’s life.

  We have found most city folk aren't interested in travel to country meets . We have found it's easier to have multiple meeting places in the city for discretion and that's also where the parties and clubs are . We are happy with that as it gives a city weekend with other attractions to fill in the time before and after the meet.

  I don't specifically travel to have sex but I certainly have sex when I travel. Whether that be regionally, interstate or internationally. I am lucky enough that I don't live in the bush where I have to get out of town to do it lol.
