In my early 20's I went out a few times in my army officer cadet mess dress uniform (spit polished shoes, scarlet stripe down the trousers, scarlet cummerbund, black tie, white jacket with gold lapel badges and scarlet and black shoulder boards). Seemed to work for me!

I've worked in too many places that were male-dominated to be comfortable with the idea that someone will have a particular trait or personality based on the job they do or the clothes they wear to do that job. Even if the clothes differ according to heirarchy they're still just the same clothes on very different people. Put a uniform on a nice guy and he's still a nice guy, put one on an asshole and he's still an asshole.

Hahaha..Mrs SAOT ! I got to agree with curiousnewgirl.. ... uniforms can be great, but if he is an arsehole.. and I have met a cpl guys in uniform from here who are right arseholes ! Met a small few who are not too! I personally am not a suit fan. Kinda bores me. I do love those hot tradies though.. mmmmm...I always have to perve at the boys on building sites. Generally speaking men in uniform tend to be fit little suckers and that is what does it. Also a uniform worn with pride looks incredibly neat, clean and tidy. Personally I like the yellow safety shirts...they do it for me along with denim jeans and the smell of diesel. I also like corporate suits but these things are a form of uniform anyway.

im all for a fireman in uniform...but the ones they wear when they are at a fire...hot and sweaty plus i looove those fluro work shirts...dirty ofcourse...with jeans i like a man to look like he has done a good days work roxxy

Do uniforms do it for me??? OH YES. In a huuuge and powerful way..........even if the guy isn't all that good looking I will still find it hard to pull my eyes away. Mmmmmmm.... Always worth a perv, but it's the guy wearing it that counts to really make it something dynamite.

I used to be in a uniform wearing occupation and just walking down the streets you would get a lot of women (and some men) looking you up and down with a smile on their face or just a wink and a nod. Might have to get the uniform pressed and do some research as to whether it still has an effect

Have to admit I find uniforms incredibly sexy, but its not always the visual splendour that does it.... Its all the hard work behind the uniform that sends my mind off on a sideways tangent. The majority of uniforms previously mentioned from the Forces to the suit or stethescope show that the man has spent (in most cases) a long time gettng there, and that he is driven, focused, not afraid of putting in the hard yards, and blardy dedicated. Dead sexy and my first internal question is , "Hmmmmm wonder if he is the same in the bedroom"?

For nearly 2 decades I have worn and worked with people in uniform and can proudly say I'm a tri-Service girl x I'm still a sucker for a uniform regardless that my ex's wore a blue one and the other a white one..... I have been very strict with myself and have only slipped back to type half a dozen or so times recently..... LOL x A guy in uniform is so HARD to resist!! x The real question should be WHICH Service does it for the girls?!!!! Hmmmmmmm handcuffs are fun too xx

I guess it depends on the uniform. I seem to get a bit of extra attention in uniform, but just as often I'm ignored as part of the scenery, so it kind of evens out (and my profession still hasnt been mentioned here :( ). I guess it all depends on the type of people you deal with, just like everything else in life. Although an attractive woman in uniform does leave me with an uncomfortable bulge in the pants of my own more often than not...
