Do you think we need a new decent swingers club in Perth and would you use it ???

Hi everyone, well we have been in Perth for 6 months now and have hunted the whole of WA for a decent swingers and or fetish club where everyone meets and has fun. We came from the UK where swinging is indeed in fashion and things like clubs and meeting places has certainly progressed very quickly infact it is very open and there is a club in most major towns, there is all sorts of swingers from voyeurs who just come along for a perv and players who like to join in. everyone has there own limits and fascinations and fetishes, however it takes all sorts to make a club work with bringing all these things together for everyone to have fun. We are considering opening up a club close to the city that caters for everyone’s needs, and we have even found the venue with plenty of secure parking in a quiet road. We would welcome any ideas and suggestions that you have that would make this a club that you would use regularly and enjoy and a club that would rock. We obviously have many ideas ourselves that we have seen from clubs that work well in the UK but we would want this to be your club so please give us your ideas and indeed any bad experiences that you have had that we could avoid. Also how often would you use this club if it was the perfect venue? Would you use this as a meeting place for people you meet on RHP? Would you like regular fetish wear nites where you could perhaps dress up in your fetish gear, cross dressers welcome and all other occupants must wear fetish gear? Would you like regular just bukkake nites? Would you like regular just Bi nites? Would you like regular just couples nites? Would you like BDSM nites with a fully equipped dungeon? If your a single female what would make you attend so you felt comfortable and safe? Our plan is to perhaps hold these various nites every week or two to enable this to work after all we have to make money to cover costs etc. we would like to know what your ideas are.
