  I don't know about spots etc as it's not something I'm into, but if you do a search it seems there is a fair bit in Perth and I've noticed some of them advertise on classifieds

  Along the South Perth foreshore used a couple of the carparks used to be pretty good, or Garvey Park Redcliffe but the main carpark has cameras now.
