  If you've been on here for a year with no luck, then perhaps it's the fact you have no information in the part that you can actually write stuff on your profile. People don't know what you're looking for. If you're just new here and still getting to that, please make sure you do fill it out cause it will help you definitely. A couple of months I think is my longest dry spell (when I've been single)...I don't usually pay much attention to be honest cause I have other means. Good luck!

  18 months. Complicated Pregnancy (hospitalised for close to 6months). Quickly followed by Post Natal Depression. Would hands down have been the most difficult period in our marriage and neither of us would want to got through it again. Made us both realise how important sex and intimacy are to a happy healthy well rounded marriage. Took ALOT to get back on the horse but the communication techniques we learnt lead us to where we are today and far from dry spells..... floods now haha Good luck, i Hope your luck changes x

  Stands at just over 3 years on here. Sounds like bad advertising but it's just life taking over. We both had surgery and got on with working and trying to survive redundancies and other issues. We love the socialising and meeting people but our work schedule gives us little manoeuvrability to get together with people. (we're not FIFO).Then there's just meeting the RIGHT couples. Four (or more) personalities have to hit it off.Still waiting for the drought to break.

  Personally..... 19 months. Long story of which I was half of Now, as a result of how you’ve written this topic, I’m going to state what should perhaps for most people, be a rather obvious approach Sex should never be a goal Rather than focussing on “breaking your sex drought”..... try put some effort and investment into actually being socially interesting enough to others that they will want to get to know you. Sprinkle in some masculinity and dial up the intent and people will respond to you Don’t make such a big deal about sex being a goal. It shouldn’t be. It’s simply a part of everyday normal life when you live your life a certain way 👍
