and outlook can draw people in. If you are social then people will find you. 40 is just a number.

Til then you're simply learning howthe overture is overthe symphony starts nowlife begins at 40when you've learned a thing or twofor once you reach the big 40 life takes in a different hueThis is part of a song by Judy Small, and I think there is definitely truth in them there words. Being over 40 hasn't stopped me doing the things I want to do. 40 is so the new 30!

I feel fabulous in my 40's and sexy and I have the confidence to explore sexually. Something I only started doing a few years ago... Well the year I turned 40 in fact. As the article stated a zest for life and trying new things and experiences whether they be sexual or not is an attractive quality. Girls just want to have fun!! So unlike that rude couple that sent me that message the other week to grow up and how real life will catch up to me... Well I am 42 and I haven't become a miserable old bastard yet and I never plan too. Last year a very sexy 24 year old friend (not a lover) asked me when was I going to grow up? I said... Now why would I want to go do that?. ;-)

But the forum fairies have taken it out. You can probably find the original if you search for 'my roaring forties.' I really think our attractiveness at any age has a lot to do with how we feel about ourselves. Interesting, sometimes separation and divorce can leave people feeling pretty worthless so it becomes a cycle of feeling bad about ourselves therefore not receiving any romantic attention which feeds the worthless feelings. Maybe changing attitude changes the cycle.

Age is but a chronological number that formally states how long a person has been living in this lifetime. We can choose what we want to believe ‘age’ means, from a societal viewpoint. Personally I am interested in people’s ‘worldly’ age, ie what have they learnt about giving and receiving from a humane viewpoint. This understanding of ‘life’ has little to do with chronological age. From a personal view point I have loved every birthday, and although not necessarily wiser, I am certainly more confident. Have fun, play safely and always be yourself, no matter your ‘age’.

Quoting 'playful4u' and outlook can draw people in. If you are social then people will find you. 40 is just a number. Your attitude & outlook count for a lot & you shouldn't count the years....unless of course you count them as valuable experiences & remember only positive & happy times...

I'm definitely not much wiser.... & don't act my age, (thank God) but I love being this age & knowing what I know.... " You are only young once but you can stay immature indefinitely" Ogden Nash

I probably have no right to post here but i figured I'd like to share something I've learnt in the last few years. I thought my mid 20's were going to be the best years of my life, engaged to my high school sweetheart at 21, bought a house with my fiancé at 23, married and separated and a struggling single dad and nearly murdered by 24. (Things obviously went sour in our marriage) now as I'm 27 I realize that expectations that society, we as individuals and our friends/family put on us are absolute bullshit. We all have the right and the opportunity to write our own ticket in life. Age is just a number and we choose to conform or not. I'm not saying I've got it all figured out but my expectations are very different now than what they were 3 years ago and I imagine they will change even more as I move into my 30's and 40's. I just hope I can be as open minded and free as some of the people on here seem to be. Cheers

my 2 favourite lovers are and I know I have a damn good time with them. I would actually prefer a session with either of them than someone younger. They have the experience, knowledge and viatlity that just makes me wet. Kisses Focus

Forties are still fab and can only imagine what it will be like to start having to confess to being 49 again for the next several years...it's human nature and so what if it takes me all night long to do what I used to do all night long. Just scroll down the pictures here, looks like the premiere event of the Forties Race Day Cup! Photo finish but I think Saturn65 takes the tape, but only by a ....Well, I'd call the race that way just in my humble opinion!
