Fear of Intimacy!

Namaste Beautiful Souls 🙏🏽 I've been thinking to write something about Intimacy and the fear around it. I and my Beautiful Goddess (Wife) have been through this phase and thought to share some thoughts with other Couples, Women and/or Men around this. Yoga teaches 'Nothing is Mine' and it's naked truth that we all came empty hands into this world and we all go empty hands from this world. The real happiness (in Yoga they emphasize more on Bliss) comes from freedom, and freedom means to surrender or to be able to surrender to yourself and anyone/everyone around you realizing the fact that you do not have anything to lose except for to 'Taste the Nectar of Eternal Bliss' experiencially. Wow yoga sounds like total mumbo jumbo. If you're really an egalitarian you would know no one knows any more or less about life then anyone else. In fact anyway who claims to be a teacher is most likely full of it, mate think for yourself and stop lookong for teachers you know just as much as grand master yoga instructor of the world. Yoga instructors are not gurus in fact the soul itself and karma and notions I personally consider total lies and misinformation that are seriously damaging to the human psyche so stop peddling non sense
