  You find the place and then that person in and just rents the room from you (use screening tools to sift through them), rather than you be that person who moves in with them then find out lifestyles do not match.🤓 👌 Ms Foxy

  From an outsiders perspective, this could be a bit fraught. Say, for instance, you rent out another room to another couple or (you from them). They (or you) wish to bring a couple home for some play. What if the other tenants would like to join in (or you join in theirs) but you don't want them to, or the other couple don't want them to, or the invited couple don't want you to? Could be some butthurt - pardon the pun. I just see there being so many ways it could go sour.
