  Hi We know how you feel! It wasn't our first swinging experience, but we were really nervous about going to a club. We have some friends in the US who had gone to one a couple of times and told us that it was really fun. We were afraid that we'd be too old, too afraid, too . . . We did a lot of online checking and then finally went to a place called the Lotus Lounge in the Inner West. It was perfect for us. Set up like a small lounge bar, it provided an area to talk, have a drink, listen to music and get comfortable. The swinging area was separate. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. No one was pushy. The clientele was diverse. We ended up having a great time. We did have some naughty fun, but even if we had decided not to, the experience would have been enjoyable.   Hi guys.. as mentioned, lotus is great. The Couples Club in Surry Hills is also a great spot for a first visit especially if you head to their Angels & Demons night (I think it's the first Sat of the month)The crowd on this night is very friendly and they get a good number along - it's a great first night to head to. Have fun )

  Now Lust bird are just about the nicest people on RHP seriously N I C E . So Listen to them ! Anyway so the point of all this is that its all very true ! we love Lotus and have also been to couples but in the end we continue to head back to lotus because its ... well just that tad classier (you have to question how much I know about class pffft). Lotus and for that matter couples club, we have NEVER felt any pressure at either, and we have been numerous times. Generally like almost 99.99 % of the time the people are lovely ... like really nice (think hard these people already have something in come with you ... they like the idea of fucking other people other than just thier partner) Enjoy your time but set rules from the start about what youre both are comfortable with in regards to play. annnnnnd please dont get drunk to ruin your night , the amount of times we have witnessed couple ruin a night because they were too drug fucked or drunk to get lucky is crazy ! it doesnt make you braver it gets you a soft cock and makes you vomit ...... you gotta hate that ! Brae ... and Sarah adding bits here and there !

  if your nervous about going to a club why not go to Kat Party first its not a swingers club per say but its meet and greet other couples socially and then go from there that way you both can suss it out without going to full blown swingers party

  Have been to clubs a few times and would tend to agree with Lustbirds. Stookyandchooky, a club is no different to a party. At Lotus and Couples club there is a bar/lounge type area where you are not obliged to remove your clothing. You can sit all night and chat there if you really want to. You don't have to play. Perhaps steveandjol you should go to a club with the idea of playing with each other only and then see how it goes. No one will force themselves on you so it is ok. Twodownunder why don't you either check the listings here or google swinging clubs in Melbourne.Good luck everybody

  I know some people that are swingers and they always talk about "Abode". It is in St Kilda and apparently it is multi level...ummm now this is just from memory....I think they said there is one floor for clubbing/dancing. Another floor for quiet drinks and then another floor for playing only! I hope that you have a great time...where ever you choose to go. xFunlovingx

  We went to Lotus for the first time last Friday and loved it. We were very nervous about going but ended up having a supremely sexy evening.Will definitely be heading back...Go for it!

We went as first timers also on Friday night to the Lotus , had great time and look forward to going back soon. Went to the Couples Club the following night , but felt the Lotus was superior in all ways. Its a bit nerve wracking to start , but once you get started it all seems natural .Have fun

  Ok lotus, booked in and ready next week, but my question is what do ppl wear? in the club area and the swinging area? whats the run down with that for both guys and girls? girls i assume lingerie but guys? thats my scariest thoughts..

  You really can wear what you like ..... Jnr if you want to wear lingerie no one will stop you ...... sneaky little perve .....oh sorry just came out ! Baaahahahahah Now in seriousness. Different strokes / folks miss sarah at lotus has a habit of rolling around in the play areas with only a towel and so to in the bar after she has played. Before thou she is always dressed .... well in as little cloths as possible.It isnt ussual for the good swinging folk of most clubs to run around in the bar area sans cloths ! Yes less is good ....oh we all like that! My goodself I am more likely to be in a towel after playing ...... need to get ready between sets. On arriving miss sarah is generally looking sassy in a very short skirt or tight tight tight pants etc like sexy night club times 10. I am generally in jeans and a tshirt. (sarah says muscles get the girls) I have seen ladies and guys turn up in cloths I would wear to get the groceries ??? In fact I saw a bit of that at couple international on Friday just gone. Nothing wrong with that but heck I think it keeps your odds right down and I must say while I thought Couple International (Hostest gals very nice, very helpful) was nice, Lotus and couple club Sydney is a whole lot sexier !
