If I trust it, and there aren't many that aren't faked in one way or another, so rarely do. As above, detail, I need to know what they like. I like them to be a bit discerning as opposed to any hole will do. And how open they are, difficult for privacy reasons, but if they are a bit more open about their life and what it is they currently want, you know might be mentioning they're a single father or what type of work they do, along with respect, hard to give an exact example of that but giving me the feeling they would respect me and appreciate our time together, as opposed to just going after the 5 minute fuck yawn there must be a million of them 😂 Obviously physical attraction, and forgot to mention the face, love seeing their face asap, but pass over tons who don't bother putting any other effort in. Lazy profile = lazy lover or fake 😀

... for different ladies! For me, it's as above - details! If everything in the profile is Ask Me, forget it, next! 😛 Photos. Different looks appeal to different women. I hate anything rapper/bling on a man. If he's wearing more jewellery than me - nuh uh! 🤣 Some guys don't seem to pay much attention to their personal hygiene/grooming and sometimes, you can almost smell the stale clothes they look like they are wearing! 🤣 Tattoos. A lovely, meaningful one or two is ok. None would be even better. If it looks like the Yakuza, er... pass! 😛 A clear idea of what he wants in his profile write-up. And because I'm a Spelling Bee and a Grammar Nazi, I appreciate a well-written profile. 😉 And as ITM mentioned, discerment. If there are tons of females in the Friends section, and especially if most look like drunk ladettes, thanks but no thanks. Not all of us are happy being yet another hole to be fucked. 😝 We all have our preferred "types". We all want to know that we will connect. If the guy's in his 40s, and he's obviously using a photo from bygone eras, then alarm bells start ringing for me. I want to see current or very recent photos, not some old glory days long gone museum shot. 😛 Good luck, OP!

If his profile pics don't show him chugging on a stubbie. A prize fish doesn't really work either Then there's the pic of him with a chick on his arm but her face is blurred out.......nah Let's not even mention the dic pic...... The selfie at the gym....lol Dirty bathroom with dirty undies in the corner....yum Or the love of his life.....the car pic. The pic where he still had hair or once had a six pack so many years previously which contrasts with the recent ones he has up...... And of course my favs.....the selfie driving the car with the high vis vest still on and the dic pic with the work shorts around his knees in the front of the ute. Avoid the above and it may help that message arrive one day. But you still may age waiting. Here's a thought, maybe take a membership and send them a message? That will impress......

I love rapper/bling and tatts, love them, more the better. I love inked guys. So that highlights your point, different strokes. Museum shots lol yes this decade would be nice 😉

G'day Original Poster. The lady's advice above is very good. Here's some specific advice from me: - Set your target age range. 19 to 99 looks crass - Lose the naked pics. Move those to your profile gallery and instead show pics where you are dressed well, like first impressions on a first date - Safe sex "If required" is a put-off for us. Where some personality can be gleaned - yours does the job Good pics - see Annie's hints. Yours are ok 👌 Some detail in the profile about who you are and what you seek - covered in your profile An age range which makes sense rather than just casting the net as wide as possible - yours...well I probably wouldn't message you. Where the friends list seems to match the profile particulars - I'm not sure yours does. There's enough of a query on that in my head that would give pause to messaging. I dont give a fig about which way you swing in terms of orientation or interests, but there's alot of male friends for a straight bloke. And yes, I will take into consideration the club & social group may have lead to that, but...... Combine the above point with the dreaded "if required"....yeah nah. I wouldn't be interested enough to message. Basically where everything seems to add up, personality comes through, and the person seems genuine.

For me there’s no set formula. I go on feel and proximity. My FWB, if I went by his profile, wouldn’t look twice. But I liked his message which was friendly and easygoing, and his looks, (he did have face pic) and went from there. If you are going to use face pic a smile is nice though. - Posted from rhpmobile

These may range from withholding identity due to secretive lurking, protection of identity for business or personal reasons, or perhaps even to prevent possible stalky issues made possible through the linking of electronic and social media Discretion can be a subjective, and quite personal scale and forcing people to publicly display their face should still be choice. To each their own. But if guys don't have their face pics as their main picture I think it's a big plus when they include it with their first message. :) I reckon all the tips below applies to women/couples too. The first message is a great way to introduce your personality. TIP: Never send a copy+paste template message or if you do, always customise it a little based on what they've written in their profile. This often means you actually READ their profile to make sure you're as attracted to them as you assume. Have received numerous messages from people who ghost after I ask if they've read about HSV on my profile. Oh apparently they also often don't realise that I'm Asian! *facepalm* :-/ The face pic gives the person you're contacting a chance to decide right at the beginning if they're more into your personality or your appearance. Saves them time and saves you time. Have too often engaged with multiple back & forth messaging only to find during the grand photo reveal that there's no possible way we could be physically attracted to them. Great friends yes, just not sexy time. OOOOH...provide lots of face pics from different angles too. I find sometimes just one photo can give a very different impression from when you meet face to face. It's amazing how much your imagination can fill in the gaps of information when you only have one photo to go by. ;P -MsT

Like us fella's there needs to be a attraction . No way would I send a flirt to someone I can't see ? What better way to grab attention than to see a nice face and body pic ? I don't care where it is , out there for all to see or in their private gallery.. As long as they can see something that attracts them , I'm sure the flirts or messages will follow..
