Omg ,I'm hating this place right now ,figured time to get in great shape and taken up jogging ,3 rd week in , 5 kms in 36 c weather up and down hills and my calf muscles have seized up ,and are tearing me a new ass ,lol ,great work brett your look great ,even though your struggling to walk .lmao ,who else took up a new fitness program thanks to rhp?????? - Posted from rhpmobile

    I've recently started going out for a paddle on my board after many years. I was 30kg lighter when I used to frequently do this so the balance is pretty shocking atm. Just need to find a good wave to keep at it, I'm thinking Lancelin might be the way to go... Cheers Natural

    It's an awesome fitness program! You can do it as often as you like; sure you get tired but the endorphin hit seems to allow me to just carry on. I have multiple training partners, although I have my gorgeous regulars who always get me hot and sweaty. All thanks to RHP.... the training partners that is

    When I get back to Aus there is a new place that opened up which has Crossfit but not Crossfit prices so I am very much looking forward to it!

    Sexercise best training program ever. If the ladies want a super abs workout, buy a strap on, and you will appreciate your mans efforts. Seriously, never been into running, I've seen the damage it does, prefer the pushbike and soft sand power walking.

    It has become apparent to me that a couple of body shots help on this site. I'm not the type to pose but if it gets me results thenn off to the gym I go! Too bad my fair skin doesn't show tone too well lol!

    well done. but running in 36C heat, wow, that could deplete or fry few braincells before you hit the 500m mark. Lol. but admire your tenacity. keep it going. Your Mrs. would also appreciate the results. RHP is not the sole motivator for me to exercise. It helps as my fwbs are younger than me and definitely hot men. My kids' routines demand I need to be physically and mentally strong and capable so I do try to get fit. My work involves a lot of eating, lunches and dinners with clients as part of 'relationship building'. It gets worst around xmas time to spread all the goodwill and calories. Lol. Anyway, back ont he treadmill now and back to boxing and muay thai training now my trainers are back from their holidays. Feeling good and will slowly burnt off the Bomb Alaskas from christmas and tons of seafood in the new year. Lol. It is all worth it. Meeting my boys for lunch btw (school hols) and then 1 hr boxing tonight. all balances off at the end of the day.

    I think we both sweated off a few kilos last night. That was a fantastic workout. Left us both exhausted but totally satisfied 😰😍 I must say my buns, thighs and calves are much firmer than they were before I joined RHP. My abs are also stronger than they were, not to mention my PC muscle. Definitely worth it! 😁 - Posted from rhpmobile

    A few health issues plus other circumstances have led to my physical activity levels taking a real dive in the last year or so, and I'm definitely feeling and seeing the effects of that. I'm in the process of trying to get myself back into regular exercise, the mental hurdle is very high at the moment but I know how much it helps me once I do it. Regular sex is such good exercise....just need to find a partner/s that is into that sort of thing

    And to be perfectly honest ,wife has been hitting classes by herself for a while now and looks great ,so I need to play catch up ,but also I'm a whopping 76kg lol ,and got a stupid cholesterol test done to find out It's 72,lol,shit ,after looking into it, we eat healthy ,I do a physicals job ,but worked out, I never get the heart pumping above anything normal ,except during sex ,well that's changed ,yesterday ,got that little bastard up to 186,lmao ,oh yeah and going to the nudey beach has helped Wanting to get fitter ,lol - Posted from rhpmobile

    Power walking since Xmas and been threatening to break into a run. Hate running but in saying that , I still sprint up and down a steep hill in my local park. Gets the heart rate up real fast.

    Yep they say pick a sport or activity you enjoy so it keeps the motivation for exercise high. Yep with my RHP workout I'm pretty motivated atm ;-) Seriousness though am myself back into rock climbing and Taekwondo again after eating and drinking way too much over New Years.

    If I look at a cake I put on a few kilos so I train each day but being surrounded by good food and great wine makes it so friggin hard. Cruising on the other hand is burning calories every minute working the land and has an awesome farmers tan at the moment lol. Jennie xx

    loving the hot yoga but the body is going why are you punishing me with stretching, exercise, breathing and then you go and do it all in a heated room....are you kidding me LOL.... but man the feeling is really really good afterwards - body range is improving all the time....

    round is a shape.... Due to my hysterectomy last year and subsequently going into menopause at 25... I have gained what our youngest refers to "your squishy like a grandma ". It sucks, because I never use to have to exercise and could eat what I want. I am not overly enthused when it comes to exercising and find gyms boring. So it is a goal this year for me. Not to lose weight but to stop complaining about it, and make some effort to change.

    I'd consider myself very shapely! I'd like to get a little fitter again this year - I stopped going to the gym a year or so ago, and I really miss my martial arts class. I wasn't noticeably thinner from it - I've always been curvy, and I'm ok with that - but I felt stronger. I'd like to feel that again. Plus, I miss yoga - I'm not as flexible as I used to be, and I'm finding myself cramping up a little more since I've stopped going, particularly when my body gets into certain positions for extended periods. So, I've got no desire to get fitter for anyone here, but perhaps to get a little stronger and healthier for myself - and if anyone here is lucky enough to benefit from that, then lucky them! ;-) - Posted from rhpmobile
