  I had a friend with benefits in the past and, as we both lead very busy life styles, encounters needed to be planned and we also only had a certain amount of time (sometimes being lunch breaks or just a couple of hours on a Saturday afternoon), so we just got straight into it.   My friends with benefits and I enjoy both, and more.   My preference is for "passionate lovemaking with lots of foreplay and soft and sweet sex" which "lasts for hours" with some "intense hardcore" thrown in to mix things up a bit.   Depends on the mood and the moment. You don't have to limit your sexual prowess to one of the other. Use your imagination and try new things as well.   As they say "variety is the spice of life".   SFxx

  yes,sometimes no....depends who I am with and where I am...difficult in the local park for the long and slow...well maybe at midnight when nobody is around....but then there is all those twigs,bugs ,spiders,nope not long and slow in the park foreshore. x Hugs Hesione al fresco

  I prefer long sex sessions though hardcore quickies have their purpose. But I think the best would be start with a long foreplay to get the juices flowing, ascend to more intense thrusting, getting hardcore until ideally both of you orgasm and slow down to almost sweet touching. I prefer not to cuddle with FWB's although sometimes its inevitable.

  I think there are times for both. It can depend on how much time you have available and/or the moods both of you are in.   I do often wish for a FWB to have more than one hour available to me.
