Girls getting possessive

Ok heres the situation. I have known this woman for a few years, we are pretty good friends and we have hooked up before. I stayed at hers (with her husband and kids and housemate - yes the husband knows.) recently and nothing happened between us but i went out with the husband and flatmate and some of their friends to the pub for state if origin drinking which ended up back home drinking. Long story short me and the housemate wanted to get in bed together. My long time friend firbade the housemate from doing so on the grounds that "i am just for her". I had no say in the matter because it would have put the housemate in quite a situation. Is this normal for a woman who shares her husband with the flatmate already to get possessive over a guy she rarely sees and has no binding obligation to her??? Its freaked me out a little. Thoughts???

don't want to make an assumption here OP,but you have interesting friends according to your profile.Perhaps there is a link here with a previous thread....if so it is a little like a soap opera but not surprising....apologies if I am mistakenx Hugs H

You all need to grow up. Bottom line is that it's her house and you have to play by her rules in her house! Nothing stopping you and the house-mate from going and renting a room! Don't forget there are kids in the house too - that may have influenced her decision to let two people go hell for leather in the bedroom next door to her sleeping kiddies...

Either end the swinging arrangement, or live by her rules as Apollo13 has said. On the same token however, mischievious makes, yet another very valid point. There should be no jealousy and that territorial behaviour is NOT conducive to a happy existence.

That is a beautifully simplistic approach to the whole situation :PSo she shares hubby but she wont share you. Yep that sucks, if exclusivity was not predefined. As mentioned above however, her house her rules...From a female perspective here, I think she simply did not like you wanting someone else. It bruised her ego. If you like her enough that you want to keep her as a playmate then talk about it and work out what is ok and what is not. She is probably fine with you playing with others, she probably just does not want to know about it.And, meh, if that all sounds like too much hard work move on :)xx Salina

A similar situation happened to me about 4 years ago... I played with a couple from this site regularly.. Over time the wife was getting attached to me and wanting to spend more and more time with me... The final straw came when she insisted that we meet without her hubby and that's when I stopped everything and refused to meet them anymore.. She began to stalk me in my home on this site and bagging me to other couples and ladies.. It was so bad that I spoke to her hubby which in turn left her... I moved home, disappeared off this site for over 3 years... I am now very careful who I meet and play with..

I have at times had vanilla friends and for want of a better word" play friends". If I was sharing a house with someone on a day to day basis I would not feel comfortable with a FWB playing with my flat mate. Just my 2 cents

If you were her treat for the evening perhaps it's a simple matter of not wanting someone else to eat her dessert, so to speak...? If you and the housemate hooked up she'd be left to bang her own husband, not much of a treat, is it?xx Sarah

Hubby fucks the housemate, if you fuck the housemate too, where does that leave her? undesirable? She might be a totally sane woman who miscommunicated out of hurt feelings. People do that sometimes, being human.

There's something hilarious and quite the juxtaposition! Stephennic........ 18yo.........Man Bah-ha-ha-ha!!!!!! At 18 sweet-cheeks, you've not a clue what it takes to show a woman a good time! Except if you're going to her house to babysit her kids so she can go out and find an actual man!
