Guys can you please explain....

July 12 2013

Why you need to wear sunglasses in your profile pic? Your eyes are the windows to your soul .... Your not doing yourself any favors by doing so.... The sunnies maybe hot but I feel you are hiding... I'm speaking from experience here and when I actually connect with your eyes I know within 30 seconds if there is any chemistry .... Is this an insecurity thing about yourself???

He would wear sunglasses in all of his selfies, as he thought they made him look cooler and younger. In other photos he would open his eyes so wide, he looked positively crazy. He was terrified of looking old and boring. Even "regular".

I am more often the photographer behind the camera and only really appear in front of it if Im outside, and often on a boat or holding a fish...... so there simply arent many photos of me without glasses at all that 'work' on a site like this. And Im not the type to take self pics.

Sunglasses are often worn by men in pics. I really don't like them and I think it makes a guy look slightly creepy.I've only occasionally seen 'just a good face pic', without any accoutrement or added accessory where the intention is to disguise and I have noticed many different props in mens photos over the years. I have seen: the stubbie of beer, the V8 Car/ or 4WDthe V8 Ute,the Boat, water skiing behind the Boat, the Motorbike, wearing a Motorbike Helmet, rowing in a Canoe, standing beside their House (which takes up 99% of the pic)wearing a novelty Character Mask, wearing a crazy wig,the ex wife/girlfriend obviously cut-out of the photo, the flanked by a group of four mates wearing caps and sunglasses while they hold stubbies pic, holding large Fish (while wearing sunglasses)patting their Dog,patting the Cat,patting several Cats, patting a Lion or a Tiger, cuddling a Snake, riding a Horse, appearing as the size of an ant while standing beside the Pyramids of Egypt, the Eiffel Tower, or other landmarks such as, The Big Banana or the Entry to Luna Park.including their Children in photos, and standing beside an 8ft statue of an Indian Chief? Does anyone have any more?

When a picture was taken outside and it's obvious it wasn't taken with the intent of making it a profile pic, it's different. But for indoor photos there is no excuse. Deepblue, some other interesting profile pics I've seen (men and women): A rock An empty toilet roll A guy hugging a giant kiwi bird An animated cat wearing headphones Flowers/a field of flowers A window (in Sweden) A sunset A carrot A potato (in response to the carrot) A giant black dildo (in front of a shelf of Chuck Taylors) And those were just some regular forum posters!

There is always the natural 'out and about' on the weekend pic. I think the intent is usually obvious if the guy doesn't have even just 1 non-sunglasses pic or a non 'propped up' pic in his gallery somewhere? The ones where the pic is saying "This is me (in sunglasses) beside a huge tree" is, to me, just silly.

Open toilets, the most commonWife/Girlfriends tampax stuff behind them.hiding it behind tray of hotdogs, though that was pretty funthe pictures of very very hairy ball sack, shot taken from under the guy.The fish and more fish and more bloody fishdrawing out their face, like a demented kid with a crayon.work pictures, with the logo of your company on your shirt, and cock out while clearly at work.Up in a crane, having a sank...love those ones, sexy mine guys are filling my wank bank as I do theirs.Well some days there is nothing on the telly the shot down the body and you notice not the cock but the dirty floor and shabby undies around the guys ankles.all kinds of horrid G strings..on men , for me a g string on a male is so bad. and measuring cocks against all sorts of things, just get a bloody ruler out and be done with it. LadyT on a cock finding fact mission in the great North West. And guys if you are going to put a cock picture up, then you need to get a small pair of hands to hold it for you. I guess thats how they make a big mac look so much better.andYou would put up a flaccid cock picture , why? Seen a few of those.

I saw a profile pic of a guy once, but in the background of the pic, was a washing machine and woman in tracksuit pants bending right over and getting dirty laundry out of a basket.

Very often, I see: - Profile pics where men were holding their smart phone right in their faces, so their looks weren't revealing as well as they tried to squeeze and show their muscular arms. - Profile pics where men have black out their faces (while facing front) so all you see is the shape of their faces. Seriously, why bother guys if you have something to hide?!- Posted from rhpmobile

That big black dildo shot was mine!! It was a bit of a joke. Geez people lighten up a bit! The only comment I have is men often take awful close up shots of their face which are not very flattering. Smile boys smile!!! And of course I know it is hard to look a little more natural but I assure you, a picture is much nicer when it isn't so staged. Thinking of a big dong entering your arse before taking your photo isn't going to produce the best photographic result for you. You know what I mean?

Quoting 'Meeka100' Hey! That big black dildo shot was mine!! It was a bit of a joke. Geez people lighten up a bit! That post was all in good fun. Surely you remember the poster who put a pic of a potato up, to see if she would get less or more messages? And yes, I do love Chuck Taylors, that's why I remembered.

There are those men and women who just grab any pic of themselves. Not all have the time, the patience - or for some - the money to go to a photographer. No effort in their profiles = no effort in the bedroom some might argue, but I disagree with that, as a picture to me is about physical representation, not the be all and end all. That's also not to say that a nice photo isn't appreciated, but in the big scheme of things, it's not my deciding factor alone. - Posted from rhpmobile
