Guys, whats the biggest influence on your performance ?

We've all had those days where we put a pornstar to shame and others that are sub par but what do people think most influences performance ? Stress, sleep, mood, diet? For me stress makes a huge difference in the negative but for some strange reason being sleep deprived and half asleep is like popping a viagra (figuratively speaking, havent had any experience)
