As I'm a Single Father , it is nice to get some recognition . I have to play the role of Father and Mother . I intend on being Super Relaxed on Sunday , starting with some corn fritters for breakfast at the Byron Markets , followed by a Surf , then probably some Veuve Cliquot and a light lunch and roll on into a BBQ for dinner . My kids will be with the Mum on Fathers Day, but they will come over in the morning for a bit.But I am going to a Fathers Day breakfast at their school tomorrow. Egg and bacon muffin, shit coffee and a chat and a goss with the other Dads !

My kids are all in their twenties now and we will be celebrating with breakfast at our local venue. I still have all their cards and macaroni and shell picture frames they made over the years. They actually made one last year as a joke but when I brought out the old ones to compare techniques the new one wasn't as good the originals but it has pride on my office wall.

Buying the new Footrot Flats edition for Dad every year growing up. It was great being able to read it as soon as he had finished. Enjoy the day, all you foolish breeders.. ;)

I'm a father of six :) yes six 4 sons 2 daughters It's my oldest daughters 11th birthday today and we are having 8 girls doing the sleep over !!! Then they all wake up for Father's Day here :)) so ill have 14 kids ranging from 8yo to 22yo running around all weekend :))) Yes Father's Day I love it :)) Thank u to the well wishers from all us loving fathers :)))

I skipped this topic because my father and step father have passed......So my brother got a happy fathers day today and I made everyone pancakes...they left me one...There's only one other person I would wish it to but......not allowed.

My step-dad this morning to say Happy Fathers Day.My dad passed away when I was little and never met him.I have had a step-dad all my life, he's well... just my dad!I said to him "YOU do know you are the best dad ever and that I love you to the moon and back"He's so cool.He goes "You and your mother complete my life"I love him to bits, like no tomorrow!I am so fortunate to have this fantastic man in my life.FOXY

I'm sorry about both of you losses, hope you've already grown out of your grief as we speak on this Forums. My father had passed away too not long ago, and I felt (still feel) like a huge part of me was taken away from me! I still cry over this grief as we speak, but that's life and I hope time will help healing my pain of loss soon! I made this thread because I know there are fathers out there who will do anything for their children, and they deserve a recognition somehow :-) so I hope all fathers had a fabulous day on Father's Day :-)- Posted from rhpmobile
