  My kids came around for 3hrs as it was not my week, they bought a chocolate cake they had made (apparently ex only did the oven bit ), so we had cake and milo, they had each made me a gods eye and done a painting at school and a card with cute written messages.We then headed outside and planted some vege seeds, patted the chooks and had a game of kick to kick footy, the weather was great but the company was awesome !Loved it !

  I am a little like you, except the first prize in the air league. Congratulations by the way. I received a lovely cork coaster, that my daughter had painted in class with a truck on it, a lovely card, a chamois for the car, a coffee cup that says "worlds best dad" on it, a little jar of jelly beans, and a gorgeous photo of my youngest daughter with her cheeky scrunched up face - which we call her squooshy face. I teared up a little I must admit, but one thing I was most grateful for; the ability to spend another day with all three of my girls that gave me the hugest hugs.   Definitely a winning year for me too Jman.   Chris

  My son remembered a present without prompting. Nice pres to.Yep no sox either. My daughter rang & is coming up soon for the weekend. We as a family are cooking dinner on the friday night then she is looking after him for the weekend. i get to go to the RACES yahoo.Went out for dinner with my mum & son. As a single parent for all this to happen without a partner to organise it was magic.IT was GOOD
