  I tried to get into a gay nightclub with mate when I was in my 20s. They wouldn't let me in! So he and I went to a back street somewhere off Oxford St and changed clothes. He wore my skirt and top and I wore his jeans and top and I tied my hair back. We got some funny comments from people walking by when we were changing. Lol Didn't work though. They still wouldn't let me in. I guess I will never look masculine. :-/

  Turn up sober? Where I'm from the legal age to be allowed to drink beer and wine is 16 (for spirits it's 18), so it was never an issue.

  Many years ago I went to meet a boyfriend at the airport, wearing only a short pale pink trenchcoat and heels. I informed him of the fact, and it was a very charged 20 minute taxi ride back home.....

  Back in the day, we went to his concert and one of my mate's sister had a back stage pass, when she came back out she had a pass too the after party for Billy, it was in a night club in the city and we all tagged along with me mate's sister, they would not let the rest of us in, so we found our way into the building next door, made it too the roof, climbed in through an open window, walked down some steps and straight into the party. What a party it was, free drinks of anything from any shelf, food glorious food, extremely erotic dancing girls (full on naughty) We lasted about an hour before the securety found our way in. They were very nice when escorting us out, probably more embarrasing for them. Mado Mado Tara xx

  never had to worry about such. From age 14 1/2 I was 6'1", so no-one ever queried me. And just to seal the deal, I grew an extra inch at 22. Before my growth spurt, I was actually one of the shorter kids in school. On my 17th b/day one of my sisters organized a surprize party fro me, and a couple of the older boys from school took me down to one of the locals for a few drinks. Saw a couple of the girls from school there and they were told it was my birthday - naturally asked how old I turned - me not thinking said 17, before being quickly 'corrected' by my mates. Tall

  A good mate and I were going for a catch up drink at the Hilton once and we passed a function room holding a swanky medical conference. The table at the door was temporally un-maned so we each pinned on a name tag and just cruised in. Everything was laid on and we had quite a nice time drinking and mingling before anyone caught on we were not in fact Doctors. Some bitchy lady then asked us to leave. AND we had to give our name tags back! Obi1
