Have you ever used your "assets" to your advantage?

Chatting to someone earlier, I mentioned that I often enter my ute in comps and haven't yet not come a place in at least one category (but there's always a first time). There was one event that a category was added at the last minute which I had won due to adding a unique touch that impressed the judges. However, I am shamelessly guilty of wearing knee hi boots and a top that shows a bit (or maybe a lot) of cleavage. Each comp I go to, I look around at the glorious Utes around me and prepare myself to leave that day without taking home a trophy or ribbon, however, I'm always surprised when I get called up by the judges at the end of the day. My friends who also enter (and are all male) have made comments that they'd win each time too if they had cleavage to show and could get away with wearing knee high boots with a high heel. I also used to get out of speeding tickets by flashing around a nurses watch, however, since moving to Victoria, I had a rude shock when I was issued with my very first speeding fine. Apparently, nursing watches don't sway Victoria Police's decision (always worked a treat for me in NSW). So.....my questions for discussion are: Have you ever used "assets" to get your way in anything? What did you use and how did you use it? In what situations have you used it?

    Having a pretty smile can work magic, focus them away from the eyes where the truth is lying. I've also used my assets to earn legal wages as a see-thru/skimpy barmaid in the past. It was my favourite work ever. I preferred see-thru work to skimpy because I always felt like I got more respect funnily enough. You know those nipples have magic power, right? Peachy

    Clearly not as I had to do a year on a good behaviour for driving. My boobs did not get me out of one speeding ticket grrr. Still tickets are cheaper then a boob job

    Was hanging out the back passenger window of a car in surfers paradise (a long time ago) flashing random pedestrians. Had no bra on just a singlet. Anyway the police obviously noticed some crazy chick hanging out of a car flashing. They were going to book me until they saw my boobs. Advised me to keep my arms inside the vehicle but the boobs were OK 😉 No ticket haha

    As a tall man, occasionally I use my height to my advantage. Honestly, more often it works the other way in a work scenario. People hate to feel physically intimidated. Flashing photos of assets on sites like this can do it for some other parties though...

    I walked into a bar once.. and sat down. ordered a drink and WATCHED awhile....half hour later.. all fckn hell broke out...every damned woman in the bar went STUPID... wild.. frenzied...They tore that fckn bar down, and damned near tore me to bits.. literally..I mean.. they TRIED to draw and quarter me..I was saved by a whole damned truck full of SWAT fellas driving past going to some "Terribly Rough Guy" convention or something..A doctor was stitching me up an hour later.. and asked..."Mate: what the fck happened??":I replied... "I am fckd if I know Doc.. I was sitting at the bar... then, not thinking.. licked the sweat off my eyebrows.. THAT is the really the last thing I remember...."

A friend of my ex-wife (of whom I spoke in the thread about Psychics) erred in her purchase of a car once. She knows virtually nothing about cars, but refused to accept any advice or assistance from anyone who does. She had recently divorced from her husband and insisted she wanted to "be a big girl now". She wanted her own choice of transport. That's fair enough. Perfectly understandable. However, she went about it the wrong way and with disastrous results. She thought she could negotiate a good deal for herself by dressing up to the nines and then flirting and batting her eyelids while shopping for a car by herself. Upshot of all this is, she got herself signed up to a $12000 hire purchase agreement for a Mitsubishi Magna then worth $3000 at best. Over the ensuing years as she paid off this POS, we all had to listen to complaints of breakdowns, the costs of repairs, the costs of the repayments, her inability to get out of the contract (or the heavy financial loss in doing so) etc etc etc. I teach my own kids (daughters) that people will usually (at least eventually) see through flattery, fakery and flirting, (though some might play along anyway). Don't bank on that strategy actually working in your favour. More often than not it will not work. Some people subjected to this approach may consider either you think them a fool, or you are yourself a fool and they will treat you accordingly.
