  You're not ugly and seems you know it, you have 'attractive ' on your profile. As said above, smiling pic invites the viewer in. A good selfie takes a bit of work. It's not hard to fire off 50 selfies for 1 you are happy with- right angle, right light, right expression without looking like a dick. Good luck

  Hi Chris, There are different reasons why people don't respond. I have been on this site many times over the years and I have seen these types of posts before. One of the major reasons that women don't respond is because of the abuse that they receive from men when they reply that they don't want to meet. It only takes a few idiots to spoil it for everyone else. Good luck and keep on trying.
