Fleshlights are a good intro to male sex toys minus the price and that they're only fun for the first 10 minutes then the issues become more apparent. Personally id suggest something like the pipe dream extreme range, cheap and easier to conceal plus you wont have many issues with noise. All in all they're no substitute for the real deal but are a good training aid or just a way to relax.
