Writing my self help type book- based on my own real experiences rather than politically correct rehashed nonsense, fishing, riding and modifying my motorbikes, target shooting, researching real estate investment strategies, cooking, watching my favourite tv series (Castle/ncis LA), within the next year I'd like to add boating and 4x4ing to that list.

Home renovation, we are still finishing a major extension. Food and wine, dining in and out we both cook. Camping and four wheel drive trips. Motorcycling, day and overnight trips. We would like to have the time to get into sailing. One thing I'd like to give up...working.

You will love it! I got my motorbike license this year and bought a bike, it was daunting but so liberating! Now I get out most weekends and am going on to do some road safety, advanced braking etc courses. My hobbies... It seems I've taken on my bucket list, maybe a midlife crisis but the motorbike, taking singing lessons, gym and soon to be golf. I tried pole fitness but broke 2 fingers so gave that hobby away pretty quickly lol. - Posted from rhpmobile

I don't know your experience level or whether you plan to ride 2 up or one bike each. But I would definitely recommend doing PLENTY of research on which bikes suit your purposes. Plus what laws are in force in your state regarding what you can ride as a learner (if you're starting from scratch) I've got a 2008 yamaha FZ1-n (N= naked, no plastic shit upfront, easy maintenance, also means zero wind protection) it's a 1000cc hoon machine ;-) its perfect for what I do most- commuting and the odd burn through the hills. But it sucks for riding 2 up, it'll cope at a stretch but its not torquey enough. Any questions you have or recommendations you need or sources of info shoot me a message and ill do what I can. Be warned, it's very very addictive

Climb up and hang off the edge of mountains for the good stuff, got a hydraulic splitter, Honda, not the cheap crap. Love splitting it too. Not fussed on delivering it, and it costs me a fortune to do it all, helps the older folk, not so easy for them, plus every other bastard is charging them a shitload, taking advantage of them. That ain't right. Stump grain love it. Mado Mado Tara xx

I love fishing. Used to do a bit of glasswork (flame working) and want to get back into it to make borosilicate (Pyrex) dildos. I sew a lot at the moment and sell little girls dresses that I make. My hobbies have been shoved aside at the moment though because I have another hobby that interests me more (sex!) lol

And this is a great thread Wingman My hobbies are anything related to art. I paint, draw and I miss having access to a kiln. I have a ginormous art book collection that I loose myself in regularly. I potter with graphic design and photography (which is becoming a nice little money earner) and volunteer with a local charity doing little craft workshops with kids. I have a vege patch that I tend to every day. In winter I love to cook with my old wood fire stove. Here4fun ... We are getting rid of our alpacas ... They are fucking painful to shear ... lol

-scrap-booking -crochet -knitting -collecting cook books -cooking and baking -swimming -reading crime novels -taking long drives to nowhere (like, just drive and see where the road takes me) and the worst of them is shoe shopping...I'm better now, it was almost like an addiction before and this one isn't a hobby, just something I like doing and find therapeutic; hand washing the car but lately I haven't been getting much time to do most of them

Have always played it, learnt as a kid. When Holdem took over the world of poker, had to relearn. Am now one of the highest earning female players in Australia. Have been coaching Tuscan for a few months now and she won her first cash tournament this evening, the bitch beat me heads up on the river to take it down! I am so proud of her. My other hobby is gardening, just can't get enough of it. Oh and sex of course!

I can't really speak for Mr Taby_Daring but to the best of my knowledge his hobbies are the gym, astral projection, mixed marshal arts, UFC, working on his business (he's a very motivated person) and watching paranormal documentaries on you tube. lol As for myself, my hobbies include reading, gaming (PS3), spending time with my cat Nora, running, and dining out. My passion however, which totally consumes most of my time and interest is Horse Racing! I am obsessed! I don't bet, I just watch and follow my favourite horses. My Facebook news feed resembles my obsession with 99% content horse racing related lol Funnily enough I have never been to the races and I don't really want to as I'm only interested in the horses not dressing up or socialising. I would rather visit a Thoroughbred Stud, attend a sale such as the magic million on Gold Coast or watch the races on TV. My dream is to get into Thoroughbred ownership and race a horse myself :D Taby xx
