Hot List But Not Contact?

I'm wondering why someone would hot list you but not send you a wink or message if they are in the same city? I'm a paid member(have been for over5 years)so can and happy to reply to genuine people. Interested why people don't take that next step to make contact if they are attracted to someone? Your thoughts?

At one stage .. you were not of choice ... .but then you got superseded by other contenders and potentials .. and they were just a bit to lazy to take you off the list .... or they are saving you in reserve for when the other encounters fail ... At the moment we put people on our hotlist mainly because we've let our paid membership lapse and we'll get in contact if we decide to renew. Sometimes it used to be because we've looked at their criteria and we're not matching up enough but we're hoping if we keep checking back they may have changed it enough that we can justify getting in touch :)

Maybe it's coz they want to quickly make a list of possibles and then later go thru them and select the ones they want to flirt with. I used to do that on other sites.

Being on a hotlist means that your realtime info will tell you when that person is on line and you will get info on your thread about what they answer in the forums, update pics etc

I've done this but only because I'm a guest and can't send a message. When I see another female guest that I think is attractive but she is also only a guest, I might put her on my hotlist as a compliment. If the person is a member, I send a flirt requesting that they message me. I know this has nothing to do with your situation, I just thought I'd share. In your case, I'd have to say, if a person has told you you're hot and left it at that, then the ball's in your court. What are you going to do with it???
