I am attracted to my ex-boyfriends brother

When I was living with my ex-boyfriend in his parents house I noticed that his brother wears jewellery. I think jewellery on a guy hot and I think he is a cool guy. I have a fantasy of asking him if he would sell to me so I could wear it or meet up with someone and ask him to wear it for me. Unfortunately he has a boyfriend and we hardly ever hung out with him.
If I found out he was not together, how would I ask him if he would be interested tactfully?
Do you guys find jewellery on a guy attractive?
