Interracial hookups

November 08 2009

Just thought i'd ask what the consensus was on it in this state/country. Are you attracted, not attracted, intrigued or is it genuinely not an issue?

As a product of an interracial hook-up (lol) I'm not overly attracted to someone based on race. In all honesty, it's one of my pet peeves if someone seeks me out on here based on race (hence I am listed as various). I recently met a black guy at a party who I was attracted to more because of personality than looks/race. Otherwise, if you asked me if I was specifically into black guys, I'd say no. Me thinks it's more the vanilla folks who have race fantasies? :D

Being a couple, we've found "the one" so we like all this for the "variety is the spice of life" thing so we find sexiness in all races although Mrs Pup is a big fan of blondes (she's one at heart). She doesn't really like being labeled as a hot Asian as she identifies as being Australian, although she does a mean pole dance (ok if she ever sees this post I'm dead). We have seen so many profiles where people want to only play with people who are carbon copies of themselves, whether that's body, race, social status. We find this completely boring, wouldn't it be much easier to put some mirrors on the bedroom wall and just watch each other in action?

It's not really a big deal for me although I do tend to favour caucasian women.  That is not to say I dislike women of any other ethnicity, at the end of the day the personality seals the deal for me.  Someone you can be yourself around, be comfortable with, hold in your arms, have a laugh with.

interesting read. I actually came on this site to chat to women who don't possess any preconceived interracial fantasy, fetish or perceptions and its both interesting and comforting to read some similar posts here in regard to that. It funny because out in the scene, the reception is kind of like the inverse of racism. Instead of repelling, i do attract a bit of attention but it seems to be for the wrong reasons. I know most guys in my position don't complain and seem to just roll with it but i personally prefer to be known as the person than the prop or gimmick. If i'm fervently approached by a gal who has Will Smith phone wallpaper, a Kanye ringtone, a stack of Usher albums that hits her ceiling, Snoop Dogg bed sheets and uses the phrase 'boo' more than Casper...i can't help but feel that she may just like me for reasons other than my mind or personality lol. For me, genuinely not an issue and glad many feel the same but still interested to know what the attraction is behind this, if any, as i'm oblivious. Personally, a bright gal is my biggest aphrodisiac.

We are definately not racist... we hate everybody equally.... lol...   but we do love a good mind and someone who we can make feel special and makes us feel special.   As per casava's post... peoples hygine and attitude does come into play alot... So if a certain race or ethnicity lends itself to a hygine and attitude that does not suit us.. then maybe we do become "racist"...   That said, we will still treat people equally until they prove uncompatable... not due to race, but to the other "human" factors...   love you all...   Mr&Mrs Av..

I just want to comment on your comment about Middle Eastern being brutal to their wife I do agree there is some Middle Eastern men do actually treat their wife with no respect which I believe that can happened every where in the world but as you all A ware media tend to play a big roll in making that on the entire Middle Eastern region It’s very clear to me that people like your self do not research them self but do relay entirely on such media. You being very raciest about Indian and middle eastern but at the same time you get annoyed by people asking you what nationality are you. You should learn to tread people as they want them to treat you. Let me make it clear to you that im not Indian nor Middle Eastern but I have to tell you with all honesty I feel like vomiting when I go inside any Asian supermarket.

I don't need you castigating me, if you've read my post properly, and not have such an emotional reaction, I've already done that for you and you'd note I fully admit to being ashamed of my prejudices, I don't like it, but that's me, I'm not the type to hide my flaws. You're probably not used to people being so open warts and all. If you'd also read my post properly, I also admitted that I have a potted knowledge of certain cultures, not from the media, but from friends who have come from those backgrounds. I do my best to redress the situation offline where as I mentioned before I try to be open minded and take everyone on their merits, not their race, ethnicity, nationality or religion, given my sense of smell isn't offended, even then I'll hold my breath or take myself out of the situation, however don't expect me to sleep with a person who smells or who's fundamental principles I don't believe in. That I will not do. If you'd also read my post, you'd note that I admit to being hypocritical when I get offended when asked about my nationality, I get offended because my nationality is Australian, then they say, "no you're not australian, what is your nationality really", it offends me mostly because of the ignorance of definitions, that people don't know the difference between race, nationality, and ethnicity and use it interchangeably. And it offends me because I am Australian, my home, my heart  and my passport is in this country, I've spent 90% of my life here. I know  through their ignorance that they're really asking me what my ethnic background is, which is Filippino. Racewise, because of how I look, they assume I'm asian, but I'm not, actually I'm mixed race, caucasian, asian and oceanic. I put asian, because most of the time I couldn't be bothered having to actually go through my genetic history to people who mostly don't understand anyway. I can understand the need to vomit when going inside any Asian Supermarket, I felt like that as well when I first moved to melbourne from the country where I was used to a very homogenous culture, that being the typical white Australian one.   Apologies for everyone else who's had to re-read my post again. Quoting 'alex331'     I just want to comment on your comment about Middle Eastern being brutal to their wife I do agree there is some Middle Eastern men do actually treat their wife with no respect which I believe that can happened every where in the world but as you all A ware media tend to play a big roll in making that on the entire Middle Eastern region It’s very clear to me that people like your self do not research them self but do relay entirely on such media. No problems here, I'm the result of a interracial marriage so I think by default I have an open mind when it comes to that.

Vomit...WTF!!!.....I love going to the Asian supermarkets..coles and woolworths bore the crap outta me..And they don't stock what I need to cook....I am getting annoyed at how difficult it is to get  decent kim-chi..I need to find a nice Koran lady to show me how to make my own...YUM!!!..ohhh..and Aussie medium grained rice sucks for making onigiri's for my son..Japanese rice is the best!!..   Mikle to answer your question from first had experience...My son was born with red hair and blue eyes..And then at 5 months old he changed to brown eyes and now has dark brown hair..in the sun you can stll see a few red hairs on his lil head...cute..lol..This is common when you have half caucasian and Asian..pretty much all the kids will be born with Caucasian looks and gradualy the Asian gene comes in.Rare but some kids do keep there blue or green eyes....I have also seen plenty of half Japanese/ black  gorgeous stunning kids..And the African gene is stronger than the Asian....They are so stunning!...And when you see them..Ya can't help but stare and tell them how cute they are..   So we whites do have the weaker gene...lol...   Hope my post answer ya question..   Love to all races..   sweetpetite 41 xxxxxxxxxx

I also find African and Asian kids to be the cutest lookers.  There are some really cute Caucasian kids too, but generally speaking I don't know why, but the African and Asian kids just look cute as.Sweet's son is a super-cutie, but he has dimples in his cheeks which is cheating!

I'm probably going to be shot down in flames for this comment, but everytime i have ever hooked up with certain races, it is almost like they just want their pound of flesh from me so to speak. There is no way I want to be on the go for a couple of hours non-stop. Got to have some chat and conversation thrown in there.

When I have kids I'm going to attach a couple of clothes peg in each cheek whilst trying to cause as little pain as possible, or I'll just press my fingers into his cheek softly, but enough pressure to permanently indent dimples!IVE GOT IT PATENTED DONT TRY TO STEAL MY IDEA.

This is an interesting discussion. we are each entitled to our own tastes, opinions and preferences. and it's healthy to have the chance to share them. some groups/ethnicities may not suit my presences, but that doesn't mean I'm being racist. so let's be cool and share our opinions; we don't have to all agree or say we're loving everybody. and, Casava, you look hot.

I must say i am guilty of initally picking a guy because of looks, now that is not neccessarily race related, but I like dark features in general, and do love dark skin. If i am looking for people based on looks, then a good looking african/type man would generally attract me more than a good looking caucasian man. HOWEVER I wouldnt hook up with a guy purely based on that, a good converation and connection with a guy is always the winning thing :) But although i have met up with a guys from other ethnic backgrounds to me, I have always ended up in relationships with caucasian guys, not sure why that is! lol. All my serious relationships have been blonde/red heads, WTF! HAHA. Time for a serious change there!!!   Oh and in response to the comments about kayne/snoop/will smith etc, well yes they are good looking guys and i love the music, but i also love eminem and timberlake. haha! nothing to do with color! I enjoy rnb/rap etc flavoured music more than general pop music :P:P:P   I can appreciate a good looking guy/woman whatever the race... not my fault most of the (black) guys I have known have been lookers.... but just because theyre colored doesnt mean im attracted to them!!!   ok, many of my points contradict each other, but people are complex... im just more complex than most, HAHA

Nice generalisation about Middle Easterners and Indians there Casava.   I was born here, parents are from India, I don't smell bad (actually get comments about smelling nice alot of the time) and I respect women, don't put everyone in the same basket.   Although I can understand why you would say something like that...................ahhh I was going to type more but just can't be bothered anymore lol.
