  Do you mean YOU are small down below? Because I was having a conversation with a decently endowed friend of mine the other day, he told me a story about not fitting in some small girls, lengthwise.   ...but I never felt that this would be inadequate until joining RHP. In the Kama Sutra, penises and vaginas aren't considered too big or too small, only miss matched.   I am small dwn below. Can fit an average penis but not a thick one. After havin last child the dr got over zealous with the stitching...lol. Seems to me, knowing that a vagina is rather elastic, having the capacity to spring back into shape (over a period of time0 after childbirth, that a doctor who has fixed up a bit of perineum tearing has done you an injustice, if it causes you this much anxt. Let's face it, if it will not stretch adequately for a penis without tearing, the surgeon has done a crook job and it would be unjust to leave you feeling the way you do. I sometimes find it frustrating because I love deep penetration and being able to go hard, but sometimes with a bigger guy that's not always possible. Having said that, there are things that will help. Firstly the more anxious you are the more tense you will be all over, including your vaginal muscles, so that will make things worse. I know that when you are worried about possibly being physically hurt it can be hard to relax, but it is easier to do so with a guy that you trust and who will take the time to ease into it and not just start pounding away immediately. Make sure you talk to him about it first so that he is aware of your concerns...I have found that many bigger guys will initially go carefully anyway, because they have had to before and are used to it. Secondly, the more aroused you are the better. So make sure you take the time to get really turned on before attempting penetration. Massage, oral, and whatever else gets your juices flowing. When you are fully aroused your vaginal muscles relax, the vagina lengthens, and your natural lubrication flows, all things that will help when it comes to penetration. Other things that can help are lots of lube (invest in a good quality one, it's worth it, I particularly like the Sliquid ones), and trying out different positions (e.g. being on top gives you more control over the depth of penetration). And maybe as Gaz suggested have a talk to a gyno about whether there is anything that can be done surgically to improve things.
