  Yes, and mostly yes. Someone that gets to know you first will possibly make an exception. Once in a blue moon I have come across adult profiles where the woman has directly expressed an interest in virgins.   More that it's a pick up line to trick empathetic ladies to help you out of your predicament... When in fact many such virgins lost their virginity 30 odd times that way. Same trickery happens in the bi/gay scene. If it were true I'd have no issue because I'd have realistic expectations.
