  The bloke is a jerk. a bag of vomit.And arrogant, disrespectful and rude are not really the worst of it; the worst is that his behaviour can (and nearly did) be confusing, alarming and hurtful to you and, more importantly, to the nippers who might have seen the stupid picture. And there is no way, really, to stop such behaviour (of course, there are criminal offences involving the misuse of telecommunications facilities, but no one wants to go there).
